When walking, meditate on the moon on the right foot and the sun on the left foot. Walking is laying down a seat. By walking in this way, the ability to see the darkness of other walkers will not arise. When performing actions, holding a three-pointed khatvanga (ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ཀ་) in the hand is the measure of action because one has killed one's own ego. Also, when performing actions, wearing black clothes like darkness on the body and staring intently with three prominent eyes will clarify awareness inside (226). Meditate on raṃ (རཾ,raṃ,राम,fire) at the navel and expose one's own body naked, focusing on the sacred meaning. If one makes a "has" sound at another's body, one will experience the sensation of cold. Relying on this will become a condition for blessings. One is the mind, and the snow mountain is the nature of reality. Dispersing it is what one carries on the path during practice. Feeling warmth in one's own body, by taking it through practice in this way, realization will arise within, and externally, states free from fear of the body will occur. The method of learning is the method of learning by entering a bird's nest, placing one's own mind in its source. To illustrate with an example, just as a dragon child is freed from the fear of Garuda, there is no fear or shame. Like this, whoever knows the key to vanishing is unchangeable. This instruction teaches the aim of the mind with five general meanings, which is the content of learning. Six is the number, and this is the fifth of them. This is also the key to gradual separation, relying on the six divisions of the mind mentioned earlier, the divisions of the mind (227) are also summarized into five and taught. This is called "Detailed Explanation," completed by the wise Phye-ma-la-mu-tra. Now, the sixth aim of the mind is the detailed explanation of the six ways of continuous cycling. This has three unsummarized meanings: first, the nature of reality is liberated at the crucial point, showing the basis of its own uniqueness; second, it shows that there is nothing that has not been liberated by the characteristic of the vanishing of the nature of reality; third, the content of learning shows that the basis is irreversible with its own characteristics and examples. Among these, the first general meaning, the nature of reality is liberated at the crucial point, the special feature is that it shows its own basis, and it is shown through the meanings of three branches. First, it shows the excellence of having special instructions and teachings. Like this, it is shown through "showing the way of descending," etc., just like the lama's dharma.

To understand the manner of descent and to introduce it. Although there are many ways to introduce it, here, based on the key point of the cessation of thoughts and concepts in the meaning of no need to meditate, the introduction will be shown. Moreover, if there is confusion in practice here, combine the lamp of appearance with the written text behind it. Now, understand entering the sacred meaning through the ten verses of the text. Now, the second part is to show the method and technique of placing liberation through relaxing the mind. For this, there is the fortune of the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times. Indicating the relationship of... connected with the lama, it is called the fortunate son of mind. Adjusting the posture of the body to a comfortable state and relaxing, and the key point of awareness being distracted and forgotten is correct. So-called "naturalness", so-called "naturalness", is not correcting the mind, relaxing and forgetting, abiding in it, the gate of thoughts and concepts, various thoughts arise, and cease through the blessing of the lama. This is the second part. Now, the third part is to show forgetting the lama's instructions at the key point, along with the lama's words. If (229) the mind is scattered into various thoughts, then on top of not correcting whatever appears as nature, letting the senses abide freely, the mind grasps, the mind, wisdom, thoughts, etc. arising from awareness and cutting, all disappear and cease in an instant. Encouraging through hints, finding the basis of the Dharma-nature beyond thought, reciting ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a,Literal meaning: A) in the mouth, establishing it with powerful language endowed with the lama's blessing. Relying on it, the fortunate one will definitely give rise to the awareness of "it is just like that", from the natural disappearance of the meaning of no-mind, the arising of non-thought, speech, pulse, etc., this is the power of nature. Therefore, the fortunate one's mind abides on top of it, the most important thing is to abide in the daze where thoughts have disappeared, this is the merging of sign and meaning inseparably. To this, the lama says, this arises from the exhaustion of sudden thoughts and the flow of awareness, and later do not (230) go beyond it. This is how it is indicated. If awareness goes like that, this is giving the place of the passing of time to the sky. Indicating that there is no thought or awareness in no-mind. Therefore, the root of the mind is grasped because a special realization arises from oneself. Therefore, why would such a delusion arise from no-mind? Delusion itself is delusion.
