That is the meaning. So, how is the foundation laid? The key is to recognize the mind. By recognizing the mind, one can unmistakably grasp the past foundation. Through training, the mind can reach a state of immobility, so the flow of wind will stop. How is the path cleared? By casting the mind into space, cutting off the connection with the body, phenomena will cease at the same moment, thereby directly seeing the Dharma nature. Extracting wisdom from the root channel, clearing the path of karmic winds, thereby seeing wisdom in its own nature. How is the cave cleaned? By correctly setting the wheel of thought and reflection. The commonalities of thought and reflection will suddenly disappear, and the nature of the mind was never established from the beginning. The function of the mind is also just a nominal designation, without anything established, so realizing that there is nothing (212), there is no other place to go from there. How is the emission and retraction of wind controlled? By emitting wind outward, cutting off the connection between body and mind, making the substance of the mind empty. Retracting inward, seeking the foundation of Dharma nature, destroying the substance of the body. How is the key used alone? By using the key of wind alone, discursive thoughts will be empty. By using the key of the body alone, wisdom will truly appear. By using the key of speech alone, one can comprehend the unspeakable meaning. By using the key of the mind alone, one can destroy the house of the mind, thereby recognizing non-existence in non-existence. This is the display of the first inner meaning. Now, the second inner meaning of the third general meaning is to realize the unspeakable Dharma nature by relying on the key of symbols. The soft one is wind, tightening the wind, the senses are naturally clear. If you want to generate heat, press the abdomen with hot ashes. If you do not want to regress in the three realms, you must emit outward in any case. If you want to perform the yoga of food, put it on the tongue (213). If you want to walk quickly, put it on the sole of the foot, and you will succeed. If you want the body to be comfortable, put it between the pubic bones. If you want speech to be full of power, hide it in the throat with the empty-headed "I" sound. If you want the mind to be liberated into luminosity, put the wind into the heart of the light net. By doing so, the attachment to clothing, the bondage of the three realms, the attachment to karma, the attachment to one place, the attachment to the body, and the seven extremes bound by speech and mind will be naturally purified. The heavy one is earth wind.

E! The sun moves from the left, the moon moves on the right. Entering from the middle, one knows the speed of the seasonal winds. The sign of warmth reaching the outer body is that the body is light and free of insects and the like. The sign of reaching the inner mind is that it stays where it is placed. The sign of reaching the secret Dharma nature is that whatever one thinks, there is no place to go outside of the Dharma. Having done this, if (214) a unique bliss arises in body and speech, then repeatedly shifting the bliss is a pit of suffering. This is because the mind is lost in the Dharma, so at this point in the cycle of samsara and nirvana, the body and mind are destined to separate. Emptiness is the mind, and things are the appearance of everything. Enclosing with a fence is what is placed on top of. Father is samsara. Death is irreversible. The attachment to the five sense objects diminishes, which is a profound instruction. The experience of wind and the transfer of warmth, or understanding the key point, dissolves into the place of disappearance, and the place of disappearance dissolves. The realm is merely understanding appearance as Dharma nature, which is the confidence of attaining realization. The desire for happiness is the Dharma that is made in the mind. The harm to the mind is that dwelling in one's own view causes harm. Destroying it is not keeping it in mind. Mother is Dharma nature. Killing it is liberation from clinging to Dharma nature as self. Non-action is reality. Action is teaching. Fastening with a thin rope is being grasped by awareness. Son is the arising of wisdom, which is (215) seeing Dharma nature, and through complete purity, directly seeing wisdom. All dharmas are clinging to sectarian fabrications. The ocean is the depth of samadhi, the Dharma nature is uncreated, hidden, so it is inseparable from it. The enemy is afflictions. Destroying it is the afflictions themselves arising as wisdom. Self is awareness, view and meditation are sectarian preferences. Injecting wisdom into the wind is the great meaning of non-action. Having great confidence is recognizing that one will not regress in the three realms. The above described the second meaning, relying on the key of expression, revealing the realization of the inexpressible Dharma nature. Now, the third meaning is explained, relying on the key of self-liberation without antidote, revealing liberation within the same kind. For example, the seven verses of poison and so on are clarified in the text. Now, the fourth meaning is explained, on the path of the Dharma nature of self-purification, there is nowhere to take it. Non-action refers to the nature of things. Dharma is the practice of it, action is
