Above the various delightful houses, the tents of Vajra flames filled all directions, making everything pleasing. This was like the Garuda freeing all the Nagas from fear. The yogi, relying on the samadhi of cultivating the winds, diligently performed bodily actions, and with the power to transform beings' faith, liberated beings from the fear of samsara. Furthermore, the yogi, seeing the true nature of things, is unhindered in both samsara and nirvana. The method of the yogi's accomplishment lies in generating the abiding of the mind, thereby mastering one's own mind. For example, a sage destroys everything with the power of curses, and the remaining things gather freely. Abandoning the clinging to one's own sectarian views. The first meaning of the summary of the second part of the five objects of the mind has been explained. Now, the second meaning, which is the key to understanding the transformation of the mind's teachings, is explained. If a faithful yogi learns the method of taming the mind, when the mind is brave and wavering, it is like wearing armor, wrapping the body tightly with clothes, and holding the breath slightly. Remember the guru's instructions, be in accordance with them, and cherish not separating from this key point. If the mind is hasty, the breath is noisy, and the mind cannot settle, then put the one mind into the heart and whip the head with a wet whip. If the mind is suppressed, and awareness and thoughts wander in various ways, then let them go wherever they go. Then, repeatedly pull the mind back and settle it in its original place, like in dependent origination (208), it is good to wear unpierced pearl ornaments on the body. If the mind is dull, then focus on one's own brow, put the mind into the bindu of wind and mind, hold the breath slightly, and press the breath into the abdomen. If the mind cannot be subdued, then cut off the trace of where the mind has gone. In the end, it will return to itself, and it is good to recognize that. If the mind is extremely dull, then block the eyes with the thumb and forefinger, visualize the eyeballs as lamps of emptiness, and then release them and look at the sky. If the mind is disturbed by many thoughts and cannot meditate, then chase after any arising thought and experience the feeling of unbalanced awareness.

When it arises in the continuum, it is important to cherish it for a long time. If one becomes dull, meaning the mind does not scatter anywhere, and the self-nature's conceptualization veers to one side, therefore, it is important to cut off expressive speech (209). It is important to block the right nostril with silk. If one speaks, it follows the body and mind, and if one desires to speak the heart essence, it is important to transform "ཏྲིད་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and "ས་ཨེ་ལི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) and "དྷ་ཀ་ཨུ་རྣ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) at the place of sound. If one is distracted, meaning if one cannot grasp with mindfulness, it is important to carefully place the mind within the body. If one revolves, because it arises from one, it is bound by vastness, it is important to hold the wind inside and expel awareness from the eyes. If one is inverted, meaning if the mind is attached and cannot go outward, it is important to let it be, and throw the wind-mind far into the sky. If one wanders, meaning if one cannot grasp the mind, seeking a sleeping bed, it is important to entrust the mind to the object of focus and train it. If one abides, meaning if the entrusted place cannot gain benefit from the ground, it is important to move the limbs and repeatedly move the object of focus. Thus, the second inner meaning explains the key to understanding the transformation of the mind's training (210). Now, the third inner meaning explains the nail of suffering in contemplation. If one desires to abide in the nature of reality, then for a person seeking peace in their own mind, it is important to scatter and forget the mind during activity. The three verses beginning with "contemplation" are clear in the text. The second meaning summarized by these, relying on the key of the pervasive symbolic meaning, explains the liberation of the three realms simultaneously, and it is explained by dividing it into three inner meanings. Now, the third general meaning, no matter what action is done, the key of self-liberation symbolism does not transcend reality, it is explained through five branch meanings, the first of which is to realize reality by relying on the classification of the mind: the mind of no origin, etc., explains this. The mind of no origin, the classification is: by examining the place of origin, the place of origin is not found, and whether it itself is created or uncreated, the mind is not an artificial aggregation, and it is not seen by anyone (211), therefore it is invisible, and there is no mutual dependence, therefore it is one, and thus, because it is recognized as diverse, there is no acceptance or rejection. Thus, these five minds also purify the five poisons in their own place.
