Cleansing from the nostrils. (177) Furthermore, if one changes the way the wind moves, one can freely transform it into any letter, and the colors can be changed to white, red, yellow, green, blue, and so on. The shapes can be changed to dharmodaya, crosses, crescents, and so on, as desired. By gathering the karma wind at the crown of the head, the body will feel warm. By gathering it at the throat, speech will gain power. By gathering it at the heart, the mind will feel warm. By gathering it at the navel, along with any desired color, sleep and dreams will be enhanced. Furthermore, when the wisdom wind is drawn in as if inhaling from the eyes, thoughts will be interrupted. By inhaling from the nose, warmth will be found in appearances. By inhaling from the mouth, all flowing places will be filled. That is, inhaling with the sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and inhaling with Phaṭ (ཕཊ,梵文:phaṭ,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), A (ཨ,梵文:a,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), and Ha (ཧ,梵文:ha,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈). Entering means placing the wind into the external environment, so that appearances and conditions manifest as the nature of reality. Placing it into the internal body, the body's illnesses and suffering will be pacified. Placing it into the secret mind, the mind's thoughts (178) will be naturally liberated. Thus, when the wind flows outward, perform the ritual of relaxing the body and mind. When filling inward, use it as a basis for purifying the body. Thus, from the perspective of these two, samsara and nirvana can be determined as two. Exhaling the wind outward leads to the path of death, while inhaling inward accumulates the karma of samsara. That is, from the seed of samsara, due to the pushing of the karma wind, the realm of gods arises; due to pulling, the realm of asuras arises; due to entering, the realm of humans arises; due to transformation, the realm of animals arises; due to anger, the realm of pretas arises; and due to extreme indulgence, the realm of hell arises, thus transforming into the six realms. This is because the initial cause of pushing is impure. Thus, this wind, the wind from the right nostril, is slow, moist, light, moving, subtle, and examined through the path of emptiness. Also, by blocking the pulses in the depressions in front of the left and right ear canals with the thumb and index finger, one can determine the accumulation of sound, excretion, oozing, fineness, and length. (179) By analyzing these changes of karma, one can know the differences in one's karma from previous and future lives. One can also know the differences in supreme and common accomplishments. The changes in the fruit of the wisdom wind are the extent to which wisdom arises, the duration of the mind's abiding, the time when thoughts cease, and the knowledge of measures and numbers.

If one understands the suchness of wind, one can realize the nature of both samsara and nirvana. Thus, the second content, the movement of wind depends on the words of the guru, and if one understands the key points, one can liberate all beings from samsara. Now is the third content, the special means of the movement of wind and mind is: the union is both the wind of karma and wisdom. Karma enters samsara and does two kinds of karma, that is, enters the cause of samsara, the false clinging to the object of self, thereby causing the fruit to mature in the three realms. Wisdom enters recitation (180) and does two kinds of karma, that is, enters the ultimate truth of dharmata, thereby causing the fruit to mature in the body of nirvana and wisdom. Thus, the companion of those two winds is the three of body, speech, and mind. The substance of the body, with the key point of the wind, the basis of the extreme of coarse and fine is empty, so there is no heaviness. The thoughts of the mind disappear in the place where they disappear, so the mind is divided, and the appearance of its karma is: it is shown by dwelling, it is clarified by speaking, and it is known to be exhausted and non-existent by clarifying. Also, in the wheel of the first arising, the earth wind exists in many parts, so the body shows more luster, and it becomes the seed of wisdom. In the wheel where the heart, that is, the gathering of memory, is located, the water wind exists, so the luster of the blood of the body is displayed, and the power of wisdom is made to appear. In the wheel where the tastes gather, the fire wind exists in many parts, and the increase of the warmth of the body is displayed, and the appearance of wisdom is made complete. In the wheel where the top is arranged in various ways, the wind of wind (181) exists in many parts, and the movement of the breath of the body, for the feathers of the real appearance of wisdom, is one who has desires. Among the two winds, if one is proficient in the wind of karma, one can show various common signs, and one is proficient in karma and the differences of karma. If one is proficient in the wind of wisdom, one can show excellent qualities, and one can exhaust all the appearances of the external environment. Also, for the person who wants to learn, for the clinging to the movement of thoughts, in order to make the key point of its disappearance, one must somehow slowly shoot the wind into the air, spray it out from the mouth, and not stay on the body. If one always does this, one will surely be able to understand those qualities mentioned above. Also, the key is to exhale from one's own mouth with the shooting of the wind, and at this time, the two nostrils should be blocked with a silk cloth. Thus, for a long time
