Integrating awareness into the channels, and expanding by the white syllable A (藏文:ཨ;梵文天城体:अ;梵文罗马拟音:a;汉语字面意思:阿)at the mouth, one engages in the yoga of sleep. Through the key point of the luminosity of sleep, the luminosity of sleep becomes non-conceptual, and dreams transform into dharmata, this is the supreme yoga. This is the fourth meaning. Now, the fifth meaning (158) is that the connection between body and mind is severed by the key point of gathering the winds. The projection of awareness, wisdom is outwardly clear. Space is learned by relying on the key points of the body. By projecting outwards, the external connections of inherent nature are severed. By the key point of the elements, expelling the wind outwards, awareness becomes clear in its own place. Discursive thoughts about forms, such as objects, are thoughts. The mind grasps and holds their continuum. The connection between these two is wind. If one contemplates the unborn and unceasing intention, then various delusive causes will appear as dharmata. This is the fifth meaning. Now, the sixth meaning is that the great distinction shows one's own face directly. The nature of reality is not other. The key point is the union of the two given, recognizing that as one's own face, awareness is liberated on its own ground, and the inherent face of wisdom is not transformed by appearances when examined by the mind. Liberation through knowing occurs simply by pointing it out. Completion is beyond correction, and because it is great, there is nothing beyond it (159). Because it is free from action, there is no need to strive. The expanse is without straying from that. The view is completely pure seeing. The face is held between wind and mind. This is the sixth meaning. Now, the seventh meaning is that the nature of non-doing is established by the key point of action and non-action. Placing mind itself in the uncorrected, genuine state, relying on the key point of cutting off samsara and nirvana at once, the place where memory and awareness vanish is knowing. Completion is beyond abandoning, negating, and affirming, and is the meaning of being free from action and seeking. Greatness refers to contemplating the special characteristics of skillful means. By the term "non-action," the yogi relies on the relaxation of the external body, the relaxation of the internal speech, and the relaxation of the secret mind. By doing so, when the body is relaxed, the channels are relaxed. When the channels are relaxed, the wind is relaxed. When the wind is relaxed, the continuum of conceptual thoughts is cut off, which is crucial. By doing so, the body enters the expanse of dharmata, and the substance of the body naturally (160) dissolves, thereby finding the bliss of the body. Speech enters the expanse of dharmata, and the substance of speech dissolves.

It is enjoyed in that which cannot be expressed. When the mind enters the realm of Dharma-nature, from a chamber of the mind, one recognizes the place of the mind's dissipation. Thus, the view of greatness itself is directly shown: by recognizing the dissipation, the attachment to the body is connected to the mind, and by abiding in the means of bodily gestures, the basis of reversal is emptied. By recognizing the cause of dissipation, the attachment to speech is connected to the discernment of words, and by severing the connection, the means of those indications are primary, and the path of reversal is not found. Furthermore, by recognizing the time of dissipation, the attachment of the mind is severed from the connection of relying on different objects, and by showing that it abides in the indications of the mind, the fruit of reversal is exhausted. Thus, the seventh inner meaning is shown. Now, the eighth inner meaning is shown: relying on experience and conceptualization, the basis of the three realms is emptied. That is, the key to abiding on top of the four liberations is that primordial liberation has no repeated basis. (161) Self-liberation has no antidote, complete liberation has no ripening, and the key to dissolving by merely seeing direct liberation relies on the distinct appearances and consciousness of cyclic existence, and the source of the body and wisdom of transcendence, and severing the connection between the two, which is to regard the Dharma as self. By relying on knowing the characteristic of the dissipation that is difficult to escape from the pit of the three realms of sentient beings, one shakes it off in a single moment. Then, the outer body, the inner speech, and the secret mind, and the conceptualizations of the three existences are cut off by their own cessation. Thus, the eighth inner meaning is shown. Now, the ninth meaning of the branch is shown: the Dharma of the distinction of the three key points. That "also" is a word of repetition or addition. Face is self-face is awareness, other-face is appearance. Self is one's own awareness, without cause, not relying on others. Self-appearance is without conditions, not abiding in objects. Initially, there is nowhere to go, so there is no arising or error. Thus, (162) when appearance and awareness are combined, relying on outer appearance, the source of reversal is cut off by the generality of cyclic existence and is gone. Relying on inner awareness, the generality of transcendence has no coming and no going, and is gone. By cutting off the two extremes of appearance, in the beginning of the unity of awareness, cyclic existence and nirvana are cut off as non-dual. The various movements of the mind are the cycle of conceptualization, the movements of the mind are self-pure, and the essence of emptiness is clear in itself. Since the two foundations are not the same, they are separated, and one
