Now, the main text is divided into six sections. The first section explains how to ascertain the view based on six summarized phrases, which contain six summarized meanings: First, it shows that in the beginning, praise is offered and a commitment to explain is made; second, by examining the causes and conditions of body, speech, and mind, it shows that the foundation of the three realms is emptiness; third, by examining the relationship between body and mind, it shows that it does not depend on past and future lives; fourth, based on the characteristics of entrusting wisdom and so on, it shows the way to cut off samsara and nirvana; fifth, it shows that the special entry of skillful means is gathered by relying on the kind lama (90); sixth, it shows that by relying on the key points of the place and time of dissolution, it transcends clinging to the view and meditation of Dharma-nature. Among these, the meaning of the beginning is to show that praise is offered and a commitment to explain is made, which contains two aspects: by clarifying the source of non-contradiction, it shows that the teacher is praised in a special way. As it says, "The hosts of ignorance of beings are destroyed, self-born glory," and so on. Among these, "beings" refers to: First, entering the three realms is due to the impure karmic winds that propel them. Now, for as long as the body remains, it is also supported by the wind to move. Later, it is also through the connection of wind, mind, and karma that they move, so they are called "beings." "The" refers to gods and so on. Among these, the gods are confused by ignorance and pride, the asuras are confused by ignorance and jealousy, and humans are confused by anger and various causes and conditions. Animals are confused by creating the cause of ignorance through delusion (91). Hungry ghosts are confused by creating the cause of ignorance through desire. Hell beings are confused by creating the cause through hatred. Thus, the ignorance of the six types of beings and the aggregation of various causes and conditions are destroyed with consideration for the external beings to be tamed, so self-born wisdom naturally arises, and neither internal nor external samsara and nirvana abide, so it is glorious. The tantra is the sixth teacher, the Great Vajradhara, of the seventeen great tantras, who is the guru of the upper beings, and especially the guru of the teacher Garab Dorje himself, so he appeared in the body of four births, which is a summary of the meaning understood by the followers, and the precious collection of teachings of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future.

The very basis for liberation is understanding or seeing the essential points without contradicting the three. This is the basis of the dharmata of self-liberation of thoughts. The mind, namely existence and non-existence, appearance and non-appearance, emptiness and non-emptiness, exhaustion and vanishing (92), liberation comes from knowing these essential points. Without needing to habituate, one is liberated naturally, and without needing to learn, one is liberated merely by instruction. The essential point of oneself is: basing oneself on the former dharmata, aiming at the latter, and now knowing through seeking an object. Thus, first clarifying the source of non-contradiction, then showing the special praise to the teacher. Now, by explaining the second point, showing the actual promise including the pith instructions. It is shown by "shaking the three realms from their depths," etc. That is, in the context of the pith instructions, first examining the causes and conditions of body, speech, and mind, thereby emptying the root of the three realms. That is, the impure attraction of the body leads to the form realm, speech leads to the desire realm, and mind leads to the formless realm. Initially, by examining the causes and conditions of body and mind, one knows their non-existence, thereby shaking them out, which is the essential point of irreversibility. Thus, knowing that the connection between body (93) and mind does not exist, now, movements and different thoughts are sudden thoughts, therefore, that is the essential point of their vanishing. I shall explain to the practitioner who does not abide in the laws of samsara, based on the words of the lineage teacher and the written records. This is the promise made. That is, it is only symbolic, not relying on the elaboration of accurate words, but by one's own power, one becomes enlightened without regressing in the three realms. All common vehicles have not realized this essential point, therefore, the view of mental speculation arises. For the sake of seeing that very essential point, for example, just as lifting a lamp in the darkness allows one to see how things are, the essential point of liberation through knowing or merely seeing that essential point, I shall explain based on the six objects of the mind. This is the promise made. Thus, the general meaning of these, first the meaning of the beginning, namely praising and promising to explain, is shown in two parts (94). Now, the second point of the summary is, by examining the causes and conditions of body, speech, and mind, showing that the basis of the three realms is empty, and it is shown through the meaning of three branches.
