土地也随之衰败，之后也享用土地的果实，对此执着于我和我所，生起傲慢和嗔恨，因此食物也逐渐衰败。每过一千五百年，寿命减少一年。当寿命达到八万岁时，我以胎生之身显现，由天神之王殊胜顶髻和爱欲之母慈爱的因缘，化现为孩童之身。那时，那些众生的身体，是由四种贪欲所生，四种生类形体各异：化生是土地之身，卵生是温暖之身，即火之身，湿生是聚集温暖湿气之身，即水之身，（440）胎生是风之身。如此四生之身，也是由四大产生。大多由温暖和湿气所生。最初由五大产生，最终也由五大而坏灭。名为三十三天，在欢喜的国土里，滋养的殊胜药物，生长的殊胜药物，因为生长而变得年轻，尤其是在令人愉悦的园林中，我成为第六位金刚持，化生为菩萨之身。以佛陀光明等为首的七位眷属。食用三种果实的食物。天神之王帝释天的善妙宫殿的南方也是如此。天神之王帝释天与妃嫔，以及三十二个儿子，连同太阳和猛厉、如意，以及天女们，为了灭尽烦恼而来。在那里活到七十五岁。（441）之后无意义地度过七千个年头，又生起慈爱之心，在烦恼炽盛的空行母之地，大秘密嬉戏的尸陀林中，从夜叉罗刹狮面和欲自在母的子宫中出生，现出愤怒可怖之身。具有年轻勇士的力量，眷属是七位菩萨，空行母布尔纳涅尔西，以及梵天本身是海螺之喉，仙人月光童子，以及狮面等，将这些作为调伏的对境。在寿命六万岁的时候，之后建立了教法，之后示现涅槃之相，如此具有两种次第。此后有一百万个禅定，在寿命千岁的时候，在罗刹布尔纳的国土里，罗刹。

The earth also declined, and then they enjoyed the fruits of the land. Because of their attachment to "I" and "mine," arrogance and hatred arose. Therefore, food gradually declined. Every fifteen hundred years, one year of lifespan decreased. When the lifespan reached eighty thousand years, I appeared as a womb-born being. Through the loving causes and conditions of the king of gods, Supreme Crest Jewel, and the loving mother of desire, I manifested as a child. At that time, the bodies of those sentient beings were born from four kinds of desire. The four kinds of births had different forms: the spontaneously born had bodies of earth, the egg-born had bodies of warmth, that is, bodies of fire, the moisture-born had bodies that gathered warmth and moisture, that is, bodies of water, (440) and the womb-born had bodies of wind. Thus, the bodies of the four kinds of births were also produced from the four elements. Mostly born from warmth and moisture. Since they were first produced by the elements, they were ultimately destroyed by the elements. Called the Thirty-Three, in that joyful land, the supreme medicine that nourishes, the supreme medicine that grows, because of growth, they became young. Especially in that delightful garden, I became the sixth Vajradhara, and was born as a Bodhisattva. With Buddha Light and others as the foremost, the seven were the retinue. They ate food of three fruits. The southern direction of the beautiful palace of the king of gods, Indra, was also like that. The king of gods, Indra, with his consorts and thirty-two sons, along with the sun, the fierce one, Wish-fulfilling, and the goddesses, came to exhaust their afflictions. There, I lived to be seventy-five years old. (441) Then, after spending seven thousand years meaninglessly, compassion arose again. In the land of the fierce Dakinis of afflictions, in the charnel ground of great secret play, I was born from the womb of the Yaksha Rakshasa Lion-faced and the Desire自在母, manifesting an angry and terrifying form. Endowed with the strength of a young hero, the retinue was seven Bodhisattvas, the Dakini Purna Nyershi, and Brahma himself was Conch-Throated, the hermit Moonlight Youth, and Lion-faced and others, taking these as objects of taming. At the time of a lifespan of sixty thousand years, then the teachings were established in the empty, then the manner of passing into Nirvana was shown, thus possessing two stages. After that, there were one hundred thousand samadhis, at the time of a lifespan of a thousand years, in the land of the Rakshasa Purna, the Rakshasa.
