嗡，具德天中之天尊，化身佛陀除众生苦，至圣甘露安乐者，顶礼赞叹。 至圣彼之嗣承化身尊，具足自净烦恼之智心，语之光芒断众生苦，至圣如意苗，顶礼赞叹。 至圣血脉嗣承智者，乃诸部之主，大悲化身，世间一切之庄严，具无垢语，乃众生休憩之处，（580）至圣智慧苗，顶礼赞叹。 彼之嗣承智者，三界之怙主，金刚萨埵之化身，断我等之智缚，具梵天之语，极夺一切空行母之心，至圣安乐苗怙主，顶礼赞叹。 我以赞颂献于诸上师，后世随行之瑜伽士们，对此深信不疑，至为重要。 秘密口诀，乃我心髓，从汉文范本译为藏文，弘扬讲说之君臣二人，亦具誓言正法且具信心，此殊胜心髓口诀未曾轻泄。 作为教法之种子，埋藏于地下之宝藏中，此物何时显现之时，愿与具缘心子相遇。 祈请驻于青朴岩之坚固金刚忿怒尊，守护此教言，成为教法之怙主。 护法怙主列登纳波（Legden Nagpo），（581）此教言交付于汝，汝当尽力守护。 紫黑忿怒母，咒语之主，此教言委托于汝，汝当谨记于心。 倘若非时，愿力穷尽之时，若有似僧之破戒者取走此物，则寿命遭遇障碍，性命遭受重创，剖心取血，挖眼掷地。 与具缘心子相遇之时，舍弃贪恋，成为彼之助伴，彼亦自得成熟，铭记于心。 萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言），嘉嘉嘉（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：gya gya gya，汉语字面意思：去，去，去）！ 顶礼至尊大乐。 秘密精要小黑函，为使教法之部类与数量清晰，此秘密之书，为使无有增减，为使生起信心，当阅此文字。 出自广大仪轨之片段续部中，有十二种情况之意义，消除愚昧痛苦。

Om, the supreme god of gods, an emanation of the Buddha who dispels the suffering of beings, to the holy nectar of bliss, I prostrate and praise. The holy one, the emanation who holds the lineage, possesses the wisdom mind that purifies defilements, the light of speech cuts off the suffering of beings, to the holy wish-fulfilling sprout, I prostrate and praise. The holy lineage holder, the wise one, the master of all the pitakas, an emanation of great compassion, the ornament of all the world, possessing immaculate speech, a place of rest for beings, (580) to the holy wisdom sprout, I prostrate and praise. The wise one who holds that lineage, the protector of the three realms, an emanation of Vajrasattva, who cuts the bonds of my mind, possessing the speech of Brahma, captivating the minds of all the dakinis, to the holy bliss sprout, the protector, I prostrate and praise. By offering praise to the lamas, may the yogis who follow in future generations hold this with utmost faith and devotion. This secret instruction, the essence of my heart, was translated from a Chinese manuscript into Tibetan script, the king and minister who propagated and explained it, also possessed vows and dharma, and were full of faith, this supreme heart instruction was not lightly revealed. As a seed of the teachings, it was buried as a treasure in the earth, when the time comes for this to appear, may it meet with a fortunate heart-son. I pray to the powerful Vajra Wrathful One of Chimphu's strong rock, protect this command and become the master of the teachings. Protector of the Dharma, Legden Nagpo, (581) I entrust this command to you, protect it with all your might. Dark black wrathful queen, mistress of mantras, I entrust this command to you, hold it firmly in your heart. If, at an untimely moment, when the power of aspiration is exhausted, if those who resemble monks and have broken their vows take this, may they encounter obstacles to their life and be struck with death, tear out their heart and blood, gouge out their eyes and throw them to the ground. When you meet with a fortunate heart-son, abandon attachment and become his companion, may he also attain self-mastery and keep it in mind. It shows the history of faith. In that (582) are the twelve main points of the treatise. The first question shows the way the teacher came. The second question clearly explains the entrance. The third question shows the meaning of the fruit to be explained with words. It shows the meaning of the treatise without any addition or subtraction. The fourth question shows the categories and numbers of the Dharma. The fifth question clearly explains the treatises of meaning. The sixth question summarizes and shows the tantras of the heart essence. The seventh question also shows the prophecy of the fortunate future generations. The eighth question shows the source of the essence of the teachings. The ninth question also shows the prophecy of the emergence of the teachings. The tenth question shows the prophecy of the number of those who attain the fruit. The eleventh question shows how to attain Buddhahood in the bardo. The twelfth question shows the infusion of breath into the natural manifestation body. These are the key points of the chapters that dispel confusion and suffering. The key point of the second chapter is to determine the nature of the mind. The key point of the third chapter is to clearly explain the tantric prophecies. The key point of the fourth chapter is to manifest and contemplate the deities. The key point of the fifth chapter (583) is to show the unborn instructions. The key point of the sixth chapter is to determine the Dharmakaya. The key point of the seventh chapter is to show the meaning of delusion. The key point of the eighth chapter is to show the self-purification of afflictions. The key point of the ninth chapter is to show the superior samadhi. The key point of the tenth chapter is to show the essential points of the pure land's nature. The key point of the eleventh chapter is to take action as the path. The key point of the twelfth chapter is to show the complete arrangement. Thus, with the key points of the twelve chapters, the essence of the great arrangement is completed. The precious essence, the mother of Manjushri Mitra, determined her own benefit. With the lamp of example, the mother of Garab Dorje determined the benefit of others. The examination of death, the mother of Manjushri Mitra, is for the benefit of both oneself and others. The deception of death, Shri Singha, is mostly for his own benefit. The Sutra of Wisdom shows effortless liberation with the essence of view. Vimalamitra determined the appearance of the precious Pra-instruction. These complete the Small Black Book. If in the degenerate times of the future, the book of fragments of instructions (584) composed by the wise Vimalamitra is completed. May it meet with a fortunate one. I prostrate to the five great Indian scholars who hold the lineage of all the holy Buddhas. I, the mad Lhetsun, this sun of compassion of the Buddhas, by the power of previous practice, the treasures descended upon me. Entrusted! Four volumes of extremely rare instructions, Beneath the rock of Chimphu Gegong Shar, I extracted the teachings from an iron vessel. From Khulung Gadeng Khyitag Wentsa, One hundred and eight evil mantras of Nub, The ridge of the mountain where Shang and Tagna converge, From Potho Dzha, the Dharma of Padma was extracted. Thus, the treasure instructions are gathered, I have become the master of all instructions, I have not found a place for teaching that possesses prophecy, Thinking to hide it again under Laye, Therefore, it was hidden in five treasure places that conform to the prophecy. When these (585) appear, May the fortunate one meet with that prophecy. You, Shawa Gonpo, protect this teaching, On the top is the deity of the Victorious Mother of Bodhi, Entrusted to you, hold this teaching firmly in your heart. Having said this, it was hidden as a treasure. I practiced it as it was here, so the accomplishment was also obtained in the same way. Samaya! Narakaṇa! May the followers practice like this. If you do this, there is no doubt about attaining Buddhahood. Jetsun, my skull, In this book, there are two different things, There is also one that makes what is not, is.
