Meditate on knowing it thus, liberation from attachment is the meaning of what is to be learned. First is emptiness, second is the four abodes of Brahma. Third, begin with offerings and praises, fourth, confess sins and supplicate. Afterwards, rejoice and make aspirations, fifth, purify the six root objects. Sixth is the aspect of face and hand mudras, with your mind unmoving in the center of the syllable. The nature of the five lights dwells in the center, for the wrathful ones, the letter of space, for the peaceful ones, the letter that gathers. Meditate on the face and hand mudras as desired, from the mass of the five lights of Tögal, the color of your own deity, howsoever, the light is in the form of bindus, in an instant it becomes face and hand mudras. As desired, it is the object of the mind, whatever the yogi meditates on, possesses the indestructible vajra armor. At the boundary of the two births, the illusory body, how does it enter the body of the deity? This is the appearance of no thing. If the twenty-six are not purified, no matter how one meditates on the body of the deity, it is like a drawing in water, it does not enter or remain. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Thus, the aspect of face and hand mudras, is not emptiness, the light of whatever color each has, whatever becomes the object of the mind, meditate on it as vast and without other appearances. When that becomes firm in the mind like butter, and is repeatedly meditated on, that yidam that you desire, in the aspect of the face and hand mudras of light, is seen as desired. At the time of seeing that, it is increased with the five colors, no matter how it stays, it does not leave. On the bindu of the five lights of your own body, place awareness more and more subtle (489). That yogi who is accustomed to it, always sees his own body as a mudra. Whoever is accustomed to entering in that way, this is close to the true meaning. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). After that, the yogi who is accustomed, with the generation stage of the Great Perfection deity, for the sake of clarifying the outer and inner as deities, is free from accepting and rejecting good and bad that arise from others. Because the face and hand mudras of one's own body are all clear, there is no other place for offerings and praises. Because one is accustomed to the appearance of the outer world with light, no matter how one acts, one is free from virtue and sin. Focus awareness on the subtle bindu, because the cause of awareness becomes subtle, the afflictions, self-grasping, and things are emptied. Because one is accustomed to that and reaches the limit, it is seeing, meditating, and acting. Because one obtains the boldness of a madman of body and speech, one is completely freed from the cause of happiness and suffering. Because the formless appearance of touch is self-appearing, there is no virtue, sin, refuge, or fear. Thus, constantly

Knowing wisdom, the practice of Ati Yoga, constantly practice like a flowing stream. Therefore, the deity is also the self-manifestation, the wisdom body is directly perceived. Therefore, the deity also appears visibly, and if it arises later, it is stable. If you see the object, you become familiar with it. If there is no self-nature, it is the result. In the Great Arrangement, the key instructions on how to meditate on the deity show that the deity appears visibly, and this fourth chapter is complete. Samaya! Vow) May you meet the one with karma. In Indian language: Adhana Yoga. (梵文天城体:अधनयोगि,梵文罗马拟音:adhanayogi,汉语字面意思:Yoga of No Birth) In Tibetan: The meaning of no birth. Homage to the glorious non-duality! Who wants to have the confidence of realizing self-appearance? I bow to this teaching that condenses the essence. Although there are no words to represent emptiness, this is the variety of elaboration. O great Bodhisattva, listen! There are seven aspects to revealing the reality of the indestructible Vajra instructions: The instruction on how the deity of practice is liberated into non-birth by relying on the indestructible awareness of conditions, relying on the solid foundation; the instruction on how the unobstructed awareness of all-pervadingness, focusing without discrimination, is purified in its own place without meditation; the instruction on how the heavy awareness that cannot be moved by others, if struck with force, is liberated into immutability without abandoning compounded phenomena; the instruction on how all conditions are liberated by conditions if one relies on the fearless awareness that is free from enemies by clearing away obstacles; the instruction on how to openly practice in all realms of Dharma if one opens the path to the level, non-high-or-low awareness; the instruction on how experience increases from above if one inserts thinly into the unchanging awareness of inserting a scale; the instruction on how to attain certainty in the Dharmakaya if one relies on the foundation of the awareness that exhausts the center by examining the edges. O great Bodhisattva! There are five bases for the unchanging mountain: the base of self-purification of non-thought by the power of memory; the base of self-purification of non-birth by the self-extinction of the object of mind; the base of liberation of all that is born into self-appearance by the meeting of mother and child mind; the base of the uninterrupted continuity of the result by the liberation of non-birth in its own place; the base of combining the exhaustion of itself with the exhaustion of the (492) result that is uninterrupted. O great Bodhisattva! There are four aspects to the great appearance appearing in its own place: all appearances and existences arise on the ground, so the emanation body is free from effort and accomplishment.
