Na! Seeking the place of awareness, and, the key to the posture of the body like the cloudless sky, and, cutting off the path of coming and going, holding back the breath from scattering outwards, and, grasping the key to the target of focus, and, establishing the three foundations of immobility, and, grasping the vast sky with the hand, seizing the self-nature of awareness. Initially, the general basis of not experiencing the illusion of the original pure state. Place and, the habitual patterns of ignorance of the illusion, appearance, and spontaneous accomplishment arise in the continuum. Place and, the abiding support is the place of the body, and, in the center of one's heart is the support of awareness. What is to be practiced is the place of the cloudless sky, and, awareness manifestly appears in the sky. How does it appear? It appears as a string of pearls. The place of clarity, reality, color, and light, and, that also (313) the appearance of light, bindus, and body, manifests at this very moment. Finally, the place to go is the place of the self-appearing bardo. One's own awareness wisdom appears in the form of a light body and has not yet become a substance, now practicing its meaning, therefore, by becoming stable in this light appearance, one becomes a Buddha without interruption. In the lion's posture, the soles of both feet are joined together, the knees are spread outwards, the neck is slightly raised upwards, the upper body is like a lion, the eyes are fixed on the sky; taming. In the elephant's posture, looking without blinking the eyes, staring straight at the sky, not looking to the left or right. And, in the manner of a bird flying, looking with the eyes not separated from the sky itself, looking slightly upwards. Cutting off everything like a wave, and, pressing the ground sideways like a fox, that is also when the sky is cloudless, going to the top of a mountain, pressing down with the corner of the right eye, placing the head on the shoulder and looking; in the manner of a man's distant gaze, that is also lying supine in a secluded place, stretching out all four limbs, looking upwards with the eyes. Holding the mind in the space (314), and, in the manner of a coiled knot, coiling one's own awareness into the eyes, observing without separation or union with the bindu. Cutting off the source of the string of pearls. Inhaling through the nostrils for a moment, holding the breath slightly, then slowly exhaling, tightening the lower gate. Therefore, the winds of ignorance and karma are reversed. That is, the consciousness of the eyes is fixed on the sky without moving, thereby cutting off the movement of discursive thoughts.

By placing awareness in the eyes, its essence, look as if the half-moon is not interrupted, thus there is no confusion. When outer and inner space are mixed, the lamp of pure space and essence is contained within the realm of essence, there is nowhere for awareness to go. Since it is inseparable from the essence, the mind's conceptual thoughts are cut off. Awareness is mixed with the essence. The duality of outer and inner is liberated at the base of confusion. Like the sky without clouds, the pure essence is free from impurities, appearances are free from obscurations, and thigle is free from expansion and contraction. Pressing the corner of the eye and slightly turning it upwards (315), a rainbow-like appearance with a curved shape and a strong blue color appears. By fixing the eyes on it and focusing on the light in this way, all appearances gradually appear as light. That is awareness. Even when it appears, the light moves only like a mustard seed, and if you focus on it, a larger thigle gradually appears. By becoming familiar with this, all appearances and existences are transformed into light and thigle bodies. The light appearance is free from brightness and dimness. By becoming familiar with it in this way, all appearances and existences appear as light and thigle, so one can attain enlightenment without relying on the bardo. In the "Lugu Gyü" (lugu gyü) that is free from coming and going, within that realm of light, the essence of one's own awareness, like a chain-like "Lugu Gyü" (lugu gyü), appears with five complete rays of light, five thigle the size of mustard seeds appear completely, but it is difficult to grasp. If you fix your eyes on it, everything appears as the appearance of the body. This is grasping the essence of awareness, which is focusing on suchness itself. The body does not move, staying in the posture described above without changing. Abiding in the four appearances, the eyes do not move, not confusing left and right, focusing on the "Lugu Gyü" (lugu gyü), looking without doer and deed. Like nailing the "Lugu Gyü" (lugu gyü), awareness (316) does not move. By focusing on the eyes in this way, the "Lugu Gyü" (lugu gyü) does not move, the non-conceptual dharmakaya is transparent. Appearances and existences are liberated in the dharmakaya, it does not move, so grasping the self-ground of viewing, confusion is purified from the root. The appearance of confusion is interrupted, so the dharmakaya does not move, so it is the dharmakaya itself. Searching for it elsewhere is meaningless, because the antidote does not change, so one should abide without separating from it. Recognizing wisdom, there is no movement from emptiness, so if you examine the appearance of the body and thigle, there is nothing there.
