应当欢喜并且修习禅定。对于善的方面修习不善,对于好的方面修习不好。所谓“如此谁所作之人”的意义是:如此是指心的行为;谁是指有缘者;所作之人是指已经领受的。所谓“心的显现执着自然解脱”的意义是:心的是指自己的;显现执着是指从无始以来的轮回;自然解脱是指仅仅通过领受,就能区分轮回和涅槃。所谓“轮回涅槃区分开”的意义是:轮回涅槃是指三界众生和身以及净土等;区分是指清净与不清净二者;开是指脱离执着。然后,将心平静(186)一天,用十二天的时间开始区分轮回和涅槃的行为。像这样,每年一次,无论如何都要做。这样就能无造作地了悟心,具有与所有佛的意念无别、成为一体的必要。所谓“像这样先行之后”的意义是:像这样是指通过区分身语意三者;先行是指直接认识法性;之后是指为了使身语意三者的执着转变,如果不这样做,执着就不会转变,因此不愿修习。因此,开始修行至关重要。所谓“为了观看显现的意义”的意义是:显现是指在根识的行境中显现,显现什么呢?法身、报身、化身三身。意义是指不错谬的。为了观看是指从内在虚空智慧的明点(藏文:ཙིཏྟ་,梵文天城体:चित्त,梵文罗马拟音:citta,汉语字面意思:心)开始,将中间的虚空置于脉管中,对于外在的虚空没有风和冰雹(187)的地方,用远射水灯,身体、语言、意念都要彻底调伏。所谓“身体、语言、意念彻底调伏”的意义是:身体是指三种坐姿;语言和意念是指应当学习、应当安住、与所缘境不分离;彻底调伏是指将九种行为全部放下。所谓“身体如同狮子”的意义是:身体是指自己的;狮子是指法身的坐姿,如同是指跏趺坐,双手在腿内向下放置,脖子稍微抬起。所谓“如仙人和大象的姿势”的意义是

The meaning of "The mind's manifestation of clinging, self-liberated" is: "Mind's" refers to one's own; "manifestation of clinging" refers to the beginningless cycle of existence; "self-liberated" refers to merely through practice, one can distinguish between samsara and nirvana.
