What? At the time of purity, it serves as the basis for the three bodies. From the Roma channel, the part of anger arises, revealing skillful means; from the Kyangma channel, the part of desire arises, perfecting bliss and wisdom; from the Kundhali channel, the part of ignorance arises, the basis for the manifestation of non-conceptual, non-dual wisdom of union. The four chakras serve as the basis for the four bodies and five wisdoms. In the center of these, the purifying wisdom syllables Oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Svāhā(藏文,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈) reside. That is, Oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) resides at the crown of the head, Āḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) at the throat, Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, Svā(藏文,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:梭) at the navel. If we add the bliss-void chakra at the secret place, there are five, so Hā resides. In these channels, there are also three winds: the root wind, the branch wind, and the action wind. The first is: the four root channels of the heart (386), the central and fifth channel, the life wind resides in the center, the pervasive wind in the east, the accomplishing wind in the south, the fire-equal wind in the west, and the moving wind in the north. The five poisons are the five winds of the five wisdoms. From the branch five winds, the chakra of channels that arise has two kinds of flow, large and small. Some tantras say that the upward-moving, downward-clearing, and equal-dwelling are large flows, and that twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths in a day and night are said to be small flows. The upward-moving wind resides in the upper part of the body and functions as breathing. The downward-clearing wind resides in the lower part of the body and functions as expelling excrement and so on. The equal-dwelling wind resides in the middle and functions to separate the essence and dregs of food. Among the five action winds, the supporting wind resides in the joints and generates the strength of muscles and bones, and functions as walking, standing, stretching, and bending. The generating wind resides in the shoulder blades and generates the strength of blood and serum. The fire-equal wind resides in the stomach and functions to digest food. The wind that separates essence and dregs resides in the two doors above and below, and functions to separate food and drink and cause feces and urine to flow out separately. The action wind resides in the heart in the form of luminosity inseparable from awareness, and functions to make conceptual thoughts appear as grasper and grasped. The element residing in these channels, bodhicitta, flows down from the moon Haṃ in the Roma channel, generally generating all bodies, and especially generating fat and bones in the brain and legs. From the sun A in the Kyangma channel, it also generates muscle, blood, serum, and skin.

Hair and body hair grow. From the central channel, the essence of essence, the all-pervading clear and luminous bindu arises and abides. For women, the red and white bindus flow down in reverse. The red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) faces upward from the Bliss-Protecting Wheel, and the white Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) faces downward from the Great Bliss Wheel, and they abide observing within the three channels. In particular, in the center of the central channel, connected to the support of the great essence in the center of the unchanging, supreme, luminous channel, it abides piercing the two eyes. In the seventh week, it appears in the form of Vishnu's tortoise, filling the womb of the daughter. In the eighth week, from a span high to thirty-six weeks, the body greatly grows and matures. At that time, it is nine months and ten days. After the ten bhumis are perfected, the emanation body, complete with the infant's Dharma garments, and accompanied by the sound of Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अः हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: aḥ huṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah Hum), arises naturally. This is how the body is formed. Fourth, regarding the state of mind and wisdom, there are two aspects. First, regarding the state of wisdom: When the body is formed in this way, wisdom also relies on the essence the size of a mustard seed in the luminous channel of the heart, and the radiance abides like a butter lamp lit on an oily tree, pervading the position of the four or five chakras, and piercing the two eyes, the radiance of the self-arisen light actually appears outward from the channel like a white silk thread. Therefore, the luminosity of the heart is the intention inseparable from the body and wisdom, abiding in itself, so it is inherently pervasive to all beings. As the Garland of Glory Sutra says: The Sugata-essence pervades all beings. And as the Two Examinations Tantra says: (389) Great wisdom abides in the body. And as the Doha says: All scholars explain the scriptures, but do not realize that wisdom exists in the body. And as the Essence Sutra says: In the body of all sentient beings, the Tathagatagarbha abides without moving from how it was in the beginning. How does it abide? Its essence is emptiness, its nature is luminosity, it possesses the heart-essence of compassion and awareness, the three kayas are inseparable, like a lamp inside a vase, in the space of the five lights in the center of the heart, it abides in the mandala of the five families gathered together. As Kunsel says: In the precious palace of the mind, the body is as small as a sesame seed, perfectly abiding in the space of the five lights. And the bindu assembly
