(1) The external pure realm is clear, without coarse objects, it is the self-manifestation of the Sambhogakaya pure realm. At this time, within the body of light, the syllable Ah (ཨ,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a, Literal meaning: Ah) is clear as the wrathful Dungkhang, residing in the center of the heart mandala. Buddha realms beyond expression are clear, equal to the number of pores on the body. On the fingers, a garland of five-colored light is intertwined, from the heart to the star windows of light in space, and from the hearts of the Buddhas' bodies, it appears connected by five-colored light cords. Adorned with a fathom-long ray of light from one's brow, from the crown of the head, five or nine stacked bindus appear upwards. As stated in the Thaye Gyur: 'The body that has reached its measure also transforms in this way. From the atoms of each body, the star windows of light in space appear. From them, rays of light in the shape of iron hooks, appear intertwined and swaying. The body's density naturally ceases, becoming a transparent, stainless body of light, with the syllable A (ཨ,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a, Literal meaning: Ah) in the center. The light ray from the urna hair is a fathom long, the topknot appears to be lifted by the wind. On the fingers of the peaceful body, garlands of light are completely intertwined.' Soundless (2) is the practice of the mind. From the palace of the skull on the head, the Herukas manifest. At this time, one's own body reaches its measure, it is the union of the transparent three kayas. So it is said. The topknot is the crown of the head, and being lifted by the wind is like the wind of wisdom swirling in space, invisible, which symbolizes the time when the Sambhogakaya, complete with all marks and signs, blazes forth. Fourth, the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata is: From then on, the coarse body and external appearances naturally dissolve and are liberated into the Sambhogakaya. When the breath is exhausted, the mind is also exhausted, and the afflictions of conceptual thoughts are liberated. Having reached the measure of the four extremes, samsara is liberated into nirvana. The four extremes are: At that time, upwards, there is both doubt of not attaining Buddhahood and hope of attaining it; downwards, there is both fear of revolving in samsara and hope of not revolving in it, liberation from these four extremes. At that time, a light the size of a fingertip appears shining brightly. If one wishes to benefit sentient beings with the support of the body's form, then by focusing awareness on the fingertip, the body and all external appearances appear like the moon in water, naturally receding without inherent existence.
