On a tiger or cowhide divination board, write the number of your age and place it all upright next to your left arm. Then, contemplate that the arranged offerings are emptied by RAM YAM KHAM (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). Visualize the five desirable qualities with OM AH HUM (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). And visualize the gods of the elements, eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, the Lord of Death, Yama, and the guests of karmic debts. Offer these to them and recite this verse seven times: Take it, take it, you powerful ones! Attachment, desire, and infatuation, memory, grasping, thought, and touch, please release, pacify, and liberate! After reciting this, put everything into one container and cast it into the river. In this way, within three years, all untimely deaths caused by imbalances of the four elements, and untimely deaths caused by evil spirits, will be liberated.
