Homage! This is the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Yidam practice. To the Yidam deities who grant supreme accomplishments, I pay homage first. In order to spontaneously accomplish the two benefits, I write the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Yidam practice. First, in a secluded and pleasing (page 299) place, rise at dawn. Sit in the vajra posture. Exhale the three winds. After slowly retaining them, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Visualize emptiness with: "OM SVABHAVA SHUDDHA SARVA DHARMA SVABHAVA SHUDDHO 'HAM (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ་྅ཧྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ स्वाभाव शुद्धाः सर्व धर्माः स्वाभाव शुद्धोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净，一切法，自性清净，我)". From PAM, a red lotus arises. In the center of the blazing sun arising from RAM, one's self transforms into red Amitabha, possessing the vajra posture. The two hands hold a vase of longevity filled with nectar in the meditation mudra. Adorned with a red and yellow silk skirt, jeweled crown, and so forth, radiating light. In the center of the four-petaled lotus in the heart, on the sun, is a red, radiant HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍). With its light, gather all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the life force of the sun and moon, merit, and glory, filling one's body. At the crown of the head, in the Great Bliss Wheel, in the center of the lotus sun and moon, visualize Kuntuzangpo and Kuntuzangmo in union, in the meditation mudra. At the point of union (page 300), the light of HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) shines, and the stream of white and red bodhicitta nectar of life arises continuously, filling from the soles of the feet to the crown of the head. Visualize that the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) radiates light, bringing great bliss. Slightly draw in the lower wind, press down the upper wind, hold the hands together at the heart, and meditate without distraction for a long time. When reciting the mantra, coordinate with the breath. Turn the tip of the tongue to the upper palate. With the teeth and lips slightly apart, draw in the lower wind and recite HRIH HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) for a long time. Until the body and mind feel blissful, recite it a hundred or a thousand times. With the rays of light, gather the immortal nectar of life from the Buddhas of the ten directions and so forth, and visualize it falling like rain, dissolving into the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the heart. At the end, the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) radiates light. All the outer and inner worlds dissolve into red light and merge into the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the heart, attaining the accomplishment of unchanging life. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and so forth, become light.

融入于啥字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲）。 (301)观想化为金刚般的刺，屏住呼吸，专注啥字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲）而不散乱，稍作禅修后，为了一切众生的利益而回向，并将唾液吞入腹中。 如此进行根本修法二十一日，之后稍作间断地修持，便能从一切非时而死的威胁中解脱，获得长寿无病。 梦中若梦见庄稼丰收、收割谷物、谷堆、日月升起、众多异族聚集、清点物品等，则表示修法成就。 即使寿命将尽，也能以七年为单位延长寿命。 修持七日，能阻止一年内的死亡。 修持十四日，能延长两年寿命；修持二十一日，能延长三年寿命，以此类推，可以增长寿命。 这是口耳相传的极密心髓口诀，记录下来后，不得传于一人之外。 (302)这是极其深奥的心髓，是秘密中的殊胜。 如此书写不死的长寿修法，愿以此功德，一切众生皆能获得无量寿的果位，愿具金刚寿命，二利任运成就。 名为“本尊长寿修法如意宝”，由大乘瑜伽士龙钦饶绛（藏文：ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས།）所著，至此圆满。 空行母如意宝。 成就一切愿望，顶礼空行金刚亥母。 首先顶礼空行金刚亥母，书写空行母如意宝。 首先在僻静且令人愉悦的地方，安坐于舒适的座垫上，皈依发心，念诵“阿阿阿”，从空性中，于莲花和日轮之上，在罗刹的座垫上，观想金刚亥母，身色如虚空般湛蓝，右腿蜷曲，脚跟抵于莲花，左腿伸展，呈舞蹈姿势(303)，赤身裸体，三目圆睁，头发散乱，乳房下垂，右手高举钺刀于虚空，左手持满盛鲜血的颅碗于胸前，猪面呈青黑色，向上翘起，头戴人头鬘，颈佩项链，上身覆盖人皮和象皮，以珍宝严饰，臂弯处持卡杖嘎，发出啪（藏文：ཕཊ་，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉字字面意思：断）和呸（藏文：ཕཻམ་，）的声音，于火焰之中。

Having dissolved into Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：Great Compassion). (301) Thinking that it transforms into a vajra-like thorn, hold the breath and focus on Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：Great Compassion) without distraction, and after meditating for a while, dedicate it for the benefit of all sentient beings, and swallow the saliva. Having done the root practice in this way for twenty-one days, and then doing a little bit of practice intermittently, one will be liberated from all untimely deaths, and will become long-lived and free from disease. In dreams, if one dreams of good crops, harvesting crops, piles of grain, the rising of the sun and moon, the gathering of many foreign races, and counting objects, then it is a sign of accomplishment. Even if life is exhausted, it will be extended by seven years. If you practice for seven days, you can avert death for one year. Fourteen days will extend life by two years, and twenty-one days will extend life by three years, and so on. This is a very secret and essential oral instruction, and having written it down, it should not be passed on to more than one person. (302) This is a very profound and essential secret. Thus, writing down the method of achieving the deathless life, may all beings, through the merit of this, attain the state of immeasurable life, and may the two benefits of vajra life be spontaneously accomplished. This is called "The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the Life Accomplishment of the Yidam," completed by the supreme vehicle yogi, Longchen Rabjam. The Dakini Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Accomplishing all desires without exception, I prostrate to the Dakini Vajravarahi. First, I prostrate to the Dakini Vajravarahi, and write the Dakini Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. First, in a secluded and pleasant place, sit comfortably on a comfortable seat, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, and reciting "A A A," from emptiness, on a lotus and sun disc, on a seat of a rakshasa, visualize Vajravarahi, whose body color is like the sky, with the right leg bent and the heel pressed against the bhaga, and the left leg extended, in a dancing posture (303), naked, with three eyes, hair loose and breasts hanging down, the right hand holding a curved knife in the sky, and the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood at the heart, the pig face dark blue, turned upwards, wearing a garland of human heads and a necklace, the upper body covered with human skin and elephant skin, adorned with jewels, holding a khatvanga in the armpit, proclaiming the sound of phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ་，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉字字面意思：cut) and phaim (藏文：ཕཻམ་，), amidst flames.
