I should abide day and night like the unmoving one. Third, practice conduct, cultivating in the arising and liberation, encounters without distinction: Whatever arises, whether positive or negative, hope or fear, dissolve what arises from the mind into the mind, in the sameness of taste without trace, let whatever appears be released into the encounter, thereby making the nature of what appears self-purified. From the perspective of not establishing duality, drive the peg of self-purified nature between mind and object, like the view merging into the ground, like the meeting of like-minded men and women. From the perspective of the simultaneous liberation of what appears in an instant, drive the peg of awareness that is not dharma between the phenomenal and the dharmata, transcending conceptual thought, like the meeting of sunlight and mist. Abide in whatever appears as primordially empty and primordially liberated, therefore the nature of whatever appears does not need to be modified or embellished, practice like the appearance of being drunk on alcohol, appearing naturally without analysis. Liberation of appearance in appearance, like an impartial person going to a temple (250), understanding the reason without attachment, this is called the view of directly looking at appearances. Fourth, in the spontaneously perfect great accomplishment of the result, do not set up the dangerous pass of hope and fear, but abide in the moment of liberation. The very nature of whatever appears as self-liberated has reached the dharmakaya of primordial Buddhahood, therefore abide in the state with the conviction that there is nothing better than this. From the perspective of seeing self-awareness as dharmakaya, thereby determining that whatever appears is the play of dharmakaya, drive the peg of the primordially perfect dharmakaya between appearance and emptiness, like a poor person meeting a treasure. Whether it wavers, or abides, or whatever arises, from that moment onwards, the wisdom of the three kayas arises, abide without modification, this is the state of awareness generating confidence in the Buddha, like a disease being cured and not recurring, or like the fruit of the sandalwood tree, the fruit does not revert to being the cause. This is called the view of directly looking at appearances. Thus, all teachings are liberated in encounters without trace, gathering in a state of non-retention, without hope or fear, this is the method of practicing the nature of the ground of primordial purity. (251) Second, the practice of clear light Tögal is: The radiance of awareness, like a lamp inside a vase, connects from the channels to the eyes, cultivate the appearance of light and bindus appearing in the sky. Among them, there are six key points, first, awareness not abiding in

The instruction for searching for awareness by means of searching for a place is: Staying alone in a secluded place, abandoning the nine activities, the posture of the body, the way of looking with the eyes, and the awareness not moving from the arising appearances. If the mind wanders, contract the limbs of the body, hold the breath in the heart, focus the awareness on the navel, and by closing the eyes, the thoughts, reflections, and wandering thoughts naturally cease, which is called the "instruction of the son searching for the father." Because by the method like a son, one abides in the original wisdom. Thus, abiding in the state of unbornness like the sky is not from elsewhere, but the inner wisdom naturally manifests, the self-nature of luminosity abiding in the heart. Second, the instruction for grasping the ungrasped awareness is to become skilled in the three key points, which are: Holding the breath, holding it firmly, and then exhaling, counting twenty-one times with the mind, the awareness naturally abides, and when there is no wandering, inject the awareness into the eyes. Directing the eyes to the sky, staring intently at the light, preventing thoughts from wandering elsewhere. Then, focusing the awareness on the heart, throat, and crown of the head, and when the eyes are looking at the light, when the thoughts subside, the awareness does not wander from the eyes, and clinging naturally ceases, which is called "the intention of abiding purely, the instruction of the arrow searching for the bow." Because with the arrow of the key point, one searches for the bow of the state of abiding equally, without change. At that time, the awareness naturally abides, and being grasped without wandering is: the self-aware equal wisdom, grasping the intention of being unmoving in the heart. Third, the instruction for stabilizing the unstable awareness is to mix the object and the awareness, which is: Abiding in any of the three postures, the wisdom naturally arises (253), thereby grasping the place of liberation. By lowering the awareness onto oneself, the body does not move; by lowering the eyes onto the sky, the expanse does not move; by lowering onto the self-nature of the expanse, the wisdom abides in a naturally relaxed state without moving. If one feels drowsy, then open the eyes wide and look upwards, and say "Ha" loudly, which will clear it. Then, taking the awareness out of the eyes and focusing it on the sky is the method of searching for the object expanse, which is called "the intention of obtaining purity, the instruction of the target searching for the arrow." That is, because by looking at the target of light, one searches for the arrow of luminosity and self-clarity.
