After completing the four branches, the preliminary, main, and subsequent practices, all the instructions and guidance are perfected. (83) Then, go to a secluded place and meditate on the meaning of Trekchö and Tögal. Adjust the way of looking and observing. From the extreme slowness of the vital point of the winds, slightly restrain the lower wind. This will cause the great bliss wisdom to arise. On the appearance of the four lamps, without distraction, contemplate the exhaustion of thoughts. These are the four lamps: The lamp of pure Dharmadhatu, the lamp of the far-reaching water, the lamp of the empty Thigle, and the lamp of self-arisen wisdom. There are two aspects of Dharmadhatu: the outer Dharmadhatu is the cloudless sky, and the inner Dharmadhatu is the pure lamp. That is, in the center of the heart, the radiance of the five lights, with a palace and surrounding circles. In the outer sky, in the realm of the five rainbows, there are circles of light and surrounding lines, adorned with four lotus petals, with little movement. The lamp of the far-reaching water is in the center of the clear pupils of the two eyes, the clarity of the door of luminous appearance, where the tip of the light channel is inserted. This holds the appearance of wisdom, and does not hold deluded appearances, (84) possessing radiance. It is called the door of the mirror-like wisdom. Because the clear essence of the eye's faculty holds deluded appearances, it is said to be the consciousness of Samsara. Because the water lamp holds the appearance of wisdom and is not deluded, it is said to be of pure nature. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between these two. The lamp of the empty Thigle is the light of the five red and yellow wisdoms that appear through the effort of the thumb and forefinger, perfectly complete with surrounding circles. This is the self-illuminating lamp. When there is no effort, when it appears to the objects of the senses, even the night appears like day. The lamp of self-arisen wisdom is when you focus on that light and do not move. Inwardly, self-awareness is free from elaboration, abiding in the state of emptiness and clarity, the nature of reality. From the great self-illuminating non-conceptuality, various wisdoms spontaneously arise, naturally emerging like a natural descent, with the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. The realization of the self-arisen, primordially pure and equal, dawns. At that time, the inner self, with its immovability and freedom from elaboration, the clear appearance (85) on the Tögal wisdom, the spontaneous cessation of self-abiding and scattering, is the spontaneous accomplishment of Trekchö emptiness. The point of cutting off the mind

That is Trekchö (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning: Cutting Through) and. Wisdom self-luminous Tögal (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning: Leaping Over) two. Union innate wisdom, is. Explained in the secret path of the Heart Essence. When all elaborations are pacified. Self-knowing wisdom manifests. Therefore, this meaning should be understood. Nowadays, most of the great meditators of the time. Thoughts are bound up in a boiling manner. Non-conceptual wisdom is not recognized. Although the mind's abiding is good, it is mistaken for the higher. Four formless absorptions. Those who wish to meditate on the Heart Essence. Yogis are also the same. Or else, cessation is like the sky. Although good, it is only formless quiescence. Or else, permanence is steadfast. By clinging to desire, one becomes a meditative state. There are also many kinds of straying. Therefore, know this supreme wisdom that is liberated from permanence and annihilation. Clinging to Trekchö and Tögal separately. Those who practice it. It is like a blind person seeing form. Those who do not understand the expanse of awareness are deceitful. Is. Friend of the beautiful-throated (86). When the supreme luminosity of reality. From the practice of possessing all kinds of excellence. Direct perception increases to the limit. After the exhaustion of appearances reaches its end. Primordial nature becomes manifest. The first direct perception of reality is. The self-light of awareness in the sky. From the appearance of bindus and subtle points. To the edge of the lineage like rain. Even up to the three-linked bindu. At that time, the mind is also seized by what is seized. Like a bird caught in glue. Although it appears to be scattered, it is abiding. The second is the increase of experiential appearances. All those appearances increase upwards. Nets, half-nets, stupas, and. Brocades, silks, houses, and so on. The light of appearances fills the valley. Within the bindus are letters and. Hand gestures, scattered arrangements, and so on, are clear. The mind also has less scattering. It becomes like a person infected with leprosy. Wisdom self-knowing is clearer than before. Clairvoyance, miraculous powers, and samadhi are accomplished. The third is the perfection of awareness. The appearance of the body arises. One's own body is liberated into light. Mountains and rocks become transparent. The mind also does not (87) scatter because the winds are purified. Like leprosy being cured. Just as there is no returning. Later, conceptual thoughts are not born. The fourth is the exhaustion of reality. The coarse body and mental thoughts are exhausted. The increase and decrease of appearances, and the dharmadhatu. Abide constantly without change. Mind and mind.
