It will dissolve. That is also the first completed, the middle increasing, and the last dissolving into the Dharmadhatu. When there are no dreams, the appearing objects are as clear as daylight, but when all the senses have gone to sleep, the senses still appear, and sleep and luminosity are mixed, so one abides in a state of non-grasping. Fourth, cutting off the clinging to habitual tendencies, training in sessions of meditation: Do not deliberately abandon what exists. Do not deliberately seek what does not exist. Do not be overly attached to what exists. Do not worry about what does not exist. (407) Do not be attached or hateful towards praise or blame. Practice by knowing appearances and sounds to be illusory. Do not cut off the traces of past thoughts. Do not welcome the future that has not yet come. Do not impose acceptance or rejection on present awareness. Maintain ordinary consciousness in its natural state, free from fabrication and adulteration. Liberate appearances in the very moment of their appearance. Train as in the liberation of fearful appearances through recognizing the nature of dreams, or as in the natural liberation of self-grasping through recognizing the nature of a Thoyo. Liberate awareness in its own ground. Train as in the arising of images in a mirror, without clinging to their own characteristics, thereby becoming inseparable from arising and liberation. By mixing appearances and mind as inseparable, knowing them to be of equal taste and without distinction, like salt dissolving in water, train in the emptiness of grasping at objects and mind as the primordial nature of reality. Thus, habitual tendencies will be naturally liberated, becoming like the traceless flight of a bird in the sky. At that time, the instantaneous, unobstructed awareness will abide without the continuation of habitual tendencies. Third, the realization attained through this method is called "establishing phenomena on the ground." At that time, all phenomena, including appearances (408), objects, existence, and the mind, are not abandoned, but are placed in the state of the primordial nature of reality, without fabrication or hope and fear, abiding like an ocean undisturbed by the wind. At that time, the three experiences of bodily comfort, clear speech, and non-conceptual mind will arise spontaneously from within, and in the wheel of primordial bliss and the nature of reality, wisdom and bliss will flow continuously like a river. This is the moment of accomplishing the realization of natural bliss and wisdom. The third meaning is that there are also three aspects to the yoga of continuous practice. The first is to identify the nature of practice: the nature of view and meditation, how it exists in equipoise, and how it is enhanced by mixing with post-meditation. That is, practice is the main companion for view and meditation to become essential, and also

In my experience, all beneficial actions are practiced sequentially and in accordance with the times. Secondly, to become proficient in these methods, there are three aspects. First, the conduct of a beginner: abandoning all that is unwholesome along with its causes, and increasing all that is wholesome along with its causes. The yogi should also understand what to accept and reject (409), go to the venerable guru, and through listening, understand Dharma and non-Dharma, listen to the complete profound instructions, and cut off the embellishments of words. Through contemplation, make the meaning of the teachings clear and without error, without deviating from the key points, and learn the methods to turn the mind away from samsara. Secondly, the conduct of striving for the essence: then go to an unfamiliar place, and like a beggar or a wild animal, practice the guru's instructions alone, being content with meager food and clothing. Do not marvel at other teachings, but trust in your own instructions. Abandon all actions, efforts, and pursuits of Dharma, along with all the attachments of this life, and be steadfast. First, through the conduct of distinguishing samsara and nirvana, transform the attachment of body, speech, and mind. Then, without associating with anyone, restrain speech with the conduct of a mute. Without making any gestures, like the conduct of a young child, freely release the six senses, and thus meditate on the meaning of the nature of reality. Asceticism (410) as the conduct of opening the path: then, impose the unbearable upon oneself, forcibly cutting off the attachments of the mind. By not distinguishing between clean and unclean, like the conduct of dogs and pigs, abandon the attachment of acceptance and rejection. By being unrestrained, like the conduct of a madman, do not restrain wisdom, but completely let go, so that all appearances arise as aids. Then, when the miracles of being able to transform the disbelief of others, being able to revive the dead, and being able to control the four elements are accomplished, in order to cut off the latent clinging to attachment, also perform the asceticism of wisdom in places like the marketplace. Thus, the cutting off of inner afflictions and the subjugation of outer appearances occur simultaneously. If such conduct is given a name, it is called the conduct of controlling appearances. Thirdly, the realization accomplished through these methods is: first, transforming from the ordinary, and because one's own being is in accordance with the Dharma, obtaining pea
