I make mudras and shake limbs, turn the head, make the "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ), gnash teeth, stand and walk on one leg, like a worm crawling, like a tigress jumping, etc. (239), make all the bodily gestures that can be thought of, and finally prostrate, circumambulate, make the gestures and mudras of the deities, and then interrupt. At night, lying motionless in a comfortable bed, thereby subduing. Having done this, the signs of the decomposition of the body are: no attachment to the body, feeling no body, no hot or cold, no hunger or thirst, no fatigue, feeling like walking in the sky, feeling warmth and joy, etc. Until these signs appear, repeat the practice, and the body will surely decompose. The necessity is: to pacify the obstacles of the body, to eliminate sins, to be liberated in the nirmanakaya, and the bodies of all Buddhas will become inseparable from the indestructible vajra body. Then there is the practice of speech: consider all your own sounds as the teachings of the guru, and make various sounds from the mouth, such as the language of the deities, beautiful songs and clear letters, sounds like cymbals, etc.; the sound of the nagas, like a lute; the sound like pouring a vase; the sound of the yakshas, like a rock collapsing; the sound of the kinnaras, like a harp and the sound of clouds; the sound of the rakshasas, such as "ra la ra la ri li ri li," etc., like the sound of thunder in a rainstorm; the sound of the asuras, like the sound of peaceful thunder; (240) the sound of hell, the wailing of cold and hot suffering; the groaning of hungry and thirsty pretas; the crying of grieving animals; the natural sounds of human birth, old age, sickness, and death; and all other sounds that can be known are spoken. The sounds of horses, cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, jackals, tigers, leopards, vultures, owls, crows, magpies, dogs, foxes, etc., and in between these sounds, recite many times "ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: 啪), and "ཧ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal Chinese meaning: Ha), "ཧཱུྃ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and "ཨཱོཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) etc., which become the sounds of the Dharma, and finally conclude with the sound of teaching the Dharma, and at night lie down without saying anything, and thus the speech will decompose. Furthermore, Sanskrit arises spontaneously, and previously not

Many dharmas naturally arise, and beautiful sounds and the like appear, speech expresses what the heart does not desire, supreme bliss and unspeakable meanings and the like will come. Repeat the practice until it appears. The necessity is: the obstacles of speech are pacified, sins are eliminated, liberation in the sambhogakaya, and inseparability from the nature of speech vajra. Then the activity of the mind is, all the various appearances of one's own memories and thoughts are remembered as the mind of the lama. Expand upon whatever is remembered of the happiness and suffering of each of the six realms, the nature of samsara and nirvana, dharma and non-dharma, (241) the mind is thrown into the center of the sky, thrown into the depths of the ocean, pierced through the inside of mountains and rocks, and experiencing joy and displeasure, happiness and suffering, birth, old age, sickness, death, hunger, thirst, and so on, going to places that have been gone to and not gone to before, thrown into the places of each of the six realms, and imagine that the sky and the earth are all filled with hells, hungry ghosts, animals, humans, gods, asuras, and filled with Buddhas, bodhisattvas, shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, stupas, temples, gardens, and pure lands. Think that you are filled with enemies, friends, and neutrals, expand in attachment and aversion, and train without trace. Afterwards, focus the mind on the meaning of the words of the Dharma, and abide in view, meditation, conduct, and result. The signs are, the mind is clear and light, illusions and thoughts cease, joy and bliss-clarity-non-thought samadhi arises, and the realization of primordial liberation like the sky arises from within. Repeat the practice until it has not yet appeared. The necessity is, the obstacles of the mind are pacified, sins are eliminated, liberation in the dharmakaya, and enlightenment in the nature of mind vajra. When doing these three preliminaries, the lama (242) practices the meaning of the direct experience of dharmata in his own place, and lets the disciples go to the foot of the mountain where it is easy to gather, and asks them individually whether the signs of taming have appeared. If they have not appeared, then let them practice again. During the day, combine the activities of body, speech, and mind and practice. At night, relax the body and mind and practice diligently. If signs appear within three days, then it is a superior faculty. Appearing in five days is medium. More than seven days is inferior. These
