以成就如意宝，成办四种事业二利。因此，稀有三字，作为成就之助伴不可或缺。日夜四座瑜伽次第中，具缘者当恒常修习。由此能息灭障碍与违缘，迅速获得胜共悉地。明镜三法能成办今生来世二利。其中，以认识忆念之明镜，令于此生生起信心，于中阴获得解脱。以显现死相忆念之明镜，掌握瑜伽士舍弃蕴身之时机。以甚深延寿忆念之明镜，显示暇满长住，此生之显现。因此，此等极为珍贵。耳传三法显示中阴之诀窍。小耳传以智慧自显现，主要阐明当下之修持。中耳传以光明自显现，阐明中阴之认识诀窍。大耳传以真实义自显现，阐明彼等一切之后盾（８２）。因此，稀有三字，对于明点秘密之要点极为珍贵。以上之法为教传诀窍，主要宣说于此生获得解脱之口诀。此三耳传为义传诀窍，主要宣说于中阴获得解脱之诀窍。此二者需互为助伴，具同一宗派者说，有无文字乃诀窍之差别。何以故？出自明灯能显中，此无文字之耳传与之相关。如是说故，甚深耳传三法，实为心髓，乃于中阴获得解脱之法。名为密法，仅为略知而已。其他亦如是，此处亦有心要三法。因此，务必善知此要点。彼等守护法藏，乃诸佛菩萨持明次第所嘱咐。虽有无量护法神众，然主要之护法修法三法中，以玛姆秘密成就心之断片，击退与自及护法相违者。以曜凶（８３）秘密成就心之断片，令他方敌军灰飞烟灭。

Through the accomplishment of the wish-fulfilling jewel, the activities of the four actions and the two benefits are accomplished. Therefore, the three rare syllables are indispensable as companions for accomplishment. In the order of the four sessions of yoga day and night, those with fortune should always practice. By this, obstacles and hindrances are pacified, and supreme and common siddhis are quickly attained. The three mirrors accomplish the two benefits of this life and the next. Among them, the mirror of recognition and mindfulness generates faith in this life and liberates in the bardo. The mirror of mindfulness that clarifies the signs of death grasps the time when the yogi abandons the aggregates. The mirror of profound life-extending mindfulness shows the appearance of this life, where leisure and opportunity abide for a long time. Therefore, these are extremely precious. The three cycles of oral transmission reveal the instructions for the bardo. The small oral transmission, through the self-appearance of wisdom, mainly clarifies the practice of the present moment. The middle oral transmission, through the self-appearance of clear light, clarifies the instructions for recognizing the bardo. The great oral transmission, through the self-appearance of definitive meaning, clarifies the supporting teachings for all of these (82). Therefore, the three rare syllables are extremely precious for the essential points of the secret bindu. The above cycles are instructions through exemplary transmission, mainly teaching the oral instructions for attaining liberation in this life. These three oral transmissions are instructions through meaningful transmission, mainly teaching the instructions for attaining liberation in the bardo. These two need each other as companions, and those of the same lineage say that the difference in instructions lies in whether or not there are letters in the unsurpassed secret. Why? Because this oral transmission without letters is related to the "Lamp Illuminating." As it is said, therefore, the three profound oral transmissions are the actual heart essence, the Dharma for attaining liberation in the bardo. It is called "Secret Cycle," know it only as a symbol. Furthermore, here too, there are similarly three essential points. Therefore, it is essential to know this point well. These protect the Dharma treasury, as entrusted by the Buddhas, Vidyadharas, and successive lineages. Although there are countless oath-bound protectors, among the three main protector practice methods, the secret accomplishment of the Mamos, the fragment of the heart, strikes down those who contradict oneself and the Dharma protectors. The secret accomplishment of the fierce planet Rahu (83), the fragment of the heart, reduces the enemy forces to ashes.

母尊密修心之精要， 令使役者神变不可思议。 为此寺院之修行仪轨三， 口诀红教导与实修次第， 恒常勤于供赞祈祷之事。 自身眷属财富皆得增长， 遣除一切障碍成就如意宝， 胜过珍宝之王更具功德。 如是三十五处法之聚落， 胜妙秘密大圆满之法类， 极其甚深圆满一切关要诀。 经续口诀数量虽极众多， 若将要义摄集无有超胜此。 如今末世寿命短促财富寡， 福薄之人难得此等之教言， 文字繁多齐全难得一见闻， 见闻亦难具足故为此之故， 简略易成珍宝心髓之妙法， 甚深如意宝珠之精华要义， 为令我之随学者具缘诸众， 龙钦饶绛贤善之瑜伽行者， 于雪山托噶（８４）之颈处书写成。 以此善根愿诸三有之众生， 一切皆能渡脱轮回之大海， 于原始本地自性任运成就， 愿成大乐普贤法界之法王。 名为《日之精要》之目录，乃由大乘瑜伽士龙钦饶绛于雪山托噶之颈处，邬金宗之圣地书写圆满。交付与吉祥密咒母，曜魔罗睺罗，及护法金刚善三者。此目录之三十五处法聚，若有窜改文字者，则降罪处罚！勿交付于无缘者！交付于具缘者！萨玛雅！《珍宝史传》在。 《珍宝史传》者，顶礼吉祥普贤王如来！ 原始怙主圆满自在之吉祥， 五种姓之佛子及诸佛眷属， 导师圣者次第相续传承者， 顶礼诸位殊胜之传承上师（８５）。 自最初证悟光明之佛陀起， 至法藏太阳于何处升起之理， 如今追随持明圣者之后辈， 彼等历史珍宝之串鬘书写之。 于此光明金刚藏之大圆满

By the essence of the secret practice of the Mother, the magical powers of the obedient servants are inconceivable. Therefore, the three practice texts of the monastery, the oral instructions, red teachings, and practical instructions are arranged, so always strive for the work of offering, praise, fulfillment, and supplication. May it increase the wealth of oneself and one's entourage, remove all obstacles, and be a wish-fulfilling treasure of accomplishments. Its qualities are superior to those of a jewel king. Thus, the thirty-five Dharma communities have shown the most profound and secret aspects of the Great Perfection. Although there are extremely many tantras, agamas, and oral instructions, when the meanings are condensed, there is nothing superior to this. Nowadays, in this age, life is short and wealth is small. Due to poor fortune, it is difficult to obtain these instructions. It is rare to see many complete letters. Even if one sees them, one does not have them oneself, therefore, this Dharma of the condensed and meaningful accomplishment, the precious essence, this essence of the profound wish-fulfilling jewel, for the sake of the fortunate followers, the yogi Longchen Rabjam Zangpo wrote it on the neck of Gangri Thökar (84). By that virtue, may all beings of the three realms completely cross the ocean of samsara, and spontaneously accomplish the primordial ground, may they become the King of Dharma, the Great Bliss Kuntu Zangpo. The title, "Essence of the Sun," was written by the supreme vehicle yogi Longchen Rabjam at the neck of Gangri Thökar, in the place of Orgyen Dzong, and is complete. It is entrusted to the glorious mistress of mantras, the demon Rahula, and the oath-bound Dorje Lekpa. If there is any alteration of the letters, may punishment be inflicted!
