Visualize all hot and cold diseases pacifying. Know the hot and cold of the wind. Pacify all internal diseases. Emit by combining external letters. On the right side of the throat, running upwards, E is located here. This is named the small right point. Bloodletting here is beneficial for stiffness in the waist. On the left, O is located, the small left point. Bloodletting here is beneficial for constriction of the upper body. It is beneficial for head fractures and all abdominal diseases. On the right shoulder, E is located here. It is called the lung channel Yonpo. Bloodletting here is beneficial for heat in the lungs. Similarly, on the left, A is located here. It is called the general channel Tenpo. Bloodletting here is beneficial for all diseases. On the right side of the arm, in the center of the thenar eminence, is A. It is called the poison channel Yonpo. Bloodletting here is beneficial for all poison diseases. On the left, A is called the black frog channel. Bloodletting like this is beneficial for epilepsy, stroke, and fainting. At the corners of the arms, left and right, are I I. It is called the black frog channel (327). Bloodletting here is beneficial for all neck diseases.
