以甘露之雨，平息十方众生的所有烦恼疾病，我向这位前所未有的医生顶礼。集三世诸佛之事业于一身，善逝自生莲花王，您降临于我千瓣智慧之意园，令具缘蜜蜂得以饱足。 此外，对于这个金刚身，拥有大乐（བདེ་ཆེན）受用、法与化身，以及守护安乐的五轮。五部空行母是五种姓的处所，原本就是光明清净无垢，脉和明点以文字的形式存在。当因五行的错乱而生起疾病时，通过风的专注和文字的结合，来去除疾病的方法，瑜伽士应当了解。 首先，大乐轮，有三百六十条脉。中央是ཏ་（ཏ，Ta，种子字），东方是ཨ་（ཨ，A，种子字），后方是ལྟོ་རི་，西方是བྱ་བ་དུས།。这些是金刚空行母，白色。父母双方手持金刚颅器，在交合之际，精华降下，落于头和心脏之间，观想平息寒热疾病。风向外呼出，向内吸入。对于热病，观想清凉；对于寒症、黏液和混合症，观想充满极热。对于风病和寒性风病，首先向外呼气，然后向内吸气。对于热病，不要吸气。这样就能平息大乐轮内部的疾病。 外部的疾病，则如下去除：专注与之前相同，念诵文字并向外发射，以三摩地进行刺血和烧灼。在疼痛的地方，像脓包一样去除。 文字的位置如下：跳动的脉有二十二条，这些等等向外放射。 在头顶的正中央，文字ཨ་（ཨ，A，种子字，阿）存在，是药语美妙的希望。刺此可消除瘟疫和心脏病。 从这里向右一寸的地方，文字ག་（ག，Ga，种子字，嘎）存在，此名菩提右。刺此对右胁疼痛有益。 其左边一寸的地方，其名菩提左。刺此对左胁疼痛有益。 其左边四指处，在会阴之上，ཀི་（ཀི，Ki，种子字，给）字存在，此名大猛厉。这些对头晕和昏厥有益。 右边一寸的地方，ཀུ་（ཀུ，Ku，种子字，古）存在，是烟色脉轮。刺此对右肩疾病有益。

With the rain of nectar, may it pacify all the afflictions and diseases of beings in the ten directions. I prostrate to that unprecedented doctor. Gathering the activities of the Buddhas of the three times into one, may the Sugata Self-Arisen Lotus King, descending into the garden of my thousand-petaled wisdom mind, thoroughly satisfy the fortunate bumblebees. Furthermore, in this Vajra body, there are the Great Bliss (བདེ་ཆེན) enjoyment, Dharma, and Nirmanakaya, and the five chakras that protect bliss. The five classes of Dakinis are the abodes of the five families, originally luminous, pure, and without defilement. The channels and essences exist in the form of letters. When disturbances of the elements cause diseases to arise, the method to remove the diseases is through the focus of the winds and the combination of letters, which yogis should understand. First, the Great Bliss Chakra has three hundred and sixty channels. In the center is ཏ་ (ཏ，Ta，seed syllable), in the east is ཨ་ (ཨ，A，seed syllable), in the back is ལྟོ་རི་, and in the west is བྱ་བ་དུས།. These are the white Vajra Dakinis. The father and mother hold vajra skull cups, and at the moment of union, the essence descends, falling between the head and the heart, visualizing the pacification of hot and cold diseases. Exhale the wind outward and inhale inward. For hot diseases, visualize coolness; for cold diseases, phlegm, and mixed diseases, visualize being filled with extreme heat. For wind diseases and cold wind diseases, first exhale outward and then inhale inward. For fever diseases, do not inhale. By doing this, the internal diseases of the Great Bliss Chakra will be pacified. External diseases are removed as follows: the focus is the same as before, recite the letters and emit them outward, performing bloodletting and burning with samadhi. Remove the pain like a boil. The positions of the letters are as follows: there are twenty-two pulsating channels, and these and others radiate outward. In the very center of the crown of the head, the letter ཨ་ (ཨ，A，seed syllable, Ah) exists, which is the beautiful hope of medicinal speech. Piercing this eliminates epidemics and heart diseases. One thumb-width to the right from here, the letter ག་ (ག，Ga，seed syllable, Ga) exists, named Bodhi Right. Piercing this benefits pain in the right flank. One thumb-width to the left of that, its name is Bodhi Left. Piercing this benefits pain in the left flank. Four fingers to the left of that, above the perineum, the letter ཀི་ (ཀི，Ki，seed syllable, Ki) exists, named Great Fierce Wrath. These benefit dizziness and fainting. One thumb-width to the right, ཀུ་ (ཀུ，Ku，seed syllable, Ku) exists, which is the smoky-colored chakra. Piercing this benefits diseases of the right shoulder.
