By. May all the realms of the Sugatas be completely increased, and in the supreme abode of Akanishta, the unchanging great bliss, may I have an equal share with all the Sugatas. The practice of extracting the essence of fierce fire, called "Burning Heat," is complete. Iri. Gya, Gya, Gya. Next is the extraction of the essence of wind, which gives rise to clairvoyance and miraculous powers. For the sake of accomplishment by yogis, this will also be explained here. Therein, the upward-moving, downward-clearing, and equally-abiding three are distinguished by male, female, and neuter. They abide as fierce, gentle, and equal. For the sake of drinking the wind of karma and purifying the wind of wisdom. The order of winds to be meditated on in the four seasons is as follows: In winter, the cold season of water, take the red and warm wind of fire. In spring, the season of earth when phlegm arises, take the green wind that opens and scatters the wind, equally (313). In summer, the hot season of fire, take the white and cool wind of water. In autumn, the season of the ripening wind, take the slow, gentle, and yellow wind of earth. Sit on a comfortable cushion, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Visualize yourself as a green karmic dakini, holding in your right hand a hooked knife with a handle made of a crossed vajra, and in your left hand a skull cup filled with nectar. Visualize the five chakras as before, exhale three impure breaths, and then draw in three extremely slow breaths, which enter the central channel from the two side channels. The five chakras move as if intestines are being inflated. At the secret place, visualize the green Ha Ri Ni A (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) surrounded by, and think that the wisdom of non-duality of clarity and emptiness arises. Close your lips slightly and exhale about half of the breath slowly. It is also filled like a vase. Similarly, take the wind extremely slowly, equally inside and outside, which is gentle, that is, hidden in emptiness. Similarly, make the movement of the wind so slow that it is not felt, and keep the mind in a state of clarity and emptiness, which is hidden in the sky, that is, called neuter. Whatever of these three you do, follow the winds of the four seasons, so that the wind is without fault and wisdom arises quickly (314). When you get up, dedicate the merit, shake and twist the whole body, and then equalize it. By meditating in this way, the body becomes light and fast, so that swift feet are accomplished. The mind becomes clear and pure, so that clairvoyance is accomplished. The coming and going of thoughts is cut off, so that wisdom is accomplished. Always body and mind

It is blissful and touches the meaning of essence. By making the channels workable, various siddhis arise. By making the winds workable, one gains control over clairvoyance and siddhis. Dakinis gather by nature. Various attainments arise. Quickly transcend suffering in the great clear light of primordial purity. Moreover, it is supremely precious to meditate by mixing it with clear light. Thus concludes the Wind Essence Extraction Wish-Fulfilling Tree. ཨིྀྠཿ(Tibetan)རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།(Tibetan) Thereafter, the essence extraction of space is: Generating uncontaminated wisdom, For the sake of yogis to meditate, Herein, it shall also be explained. Go to a clear and high place, When the sky is clear, in an instant, visualize yourself as the Buddha Dakini, blue in color, with a wheel as the object of focus (315), holding a curved knife and a skull cup, clarifying the five wheels and three channels. When exhaling, contemplate that all karma, sins, sicknesses, and demonic obstacles are swept away with a whooshing sound. When inhaling, contemplate that all the blue-gray sky transforms into Na Ra Ra, filling from the life force channel to the central channel and the five wheels, giving rise to the wisdom of primordial purity, free from elaboration, and rest evenly in the meditation posture. Similarly, as the outer sky dissolves into the inner sky, contemplate that the entire inside of the body is like a clear sky without clouds, and rest in the wisdom of clarity and emptiness, free from all grasping. Thereafter, contemplate that all phenomena, such as the outer earth, stones, mountains, and rocks, become one sky, dissolving into the nature of the inner pure sky, and rest evenly. At times, all appearances of the body and the outer and inner worlds become one sky. The mixing of the outer and inner skies is like when a vase breaks, there is no difference between the sky inside the vase and the great sky, resting evenly in the nature of clarity and emptiness, free from extremes (316). The meaning of the equality of all dharmas, like the sky, will manifestly arise. By resting evenly in such a state, the nature of discursive thoughts, like the sky, is pacified and dissolved in the dharmadhatu, free from elaboration. The great primordial purity, the original emptiness, the meaning of unborn, beyond comprehension, becomes manifest, and in this life, there is also effortless liberation in the nature of Samantabhadra. Mostly, the wisdom light of the bardo.
