On the mountainside. Skillfully arranged on a surface like precious paper. May all fortunate beings rejoice. The yogi of the Dakini Heart Drop, called "Secret Accomplishment of the Five Sugatas, Thousand-Petaled Lotus," composed by Drimé Özer at Tönsum Gangri Tökar (snow mountain name). May it be virtuous! The essence extraction of the five families, nectar drops, resides here. Concerning the Precious Paper. Called "Essence Extraction of the Five Families, Nectar Drops." Homage to the glorious Amoghasiddhi (300). From the heart essence of the glorious Ocean of Wisdom, With clouds of knowledge and love, and lightning chains of compassion, Satisfying beings with the rain of benefit and happiness, Homage to the Sugata Vidyadharas. From the secret heart essence of the Dakini Heart Drop, Gathering here the nectar drops of profound meaning, For the sake of future fortunate ones, I, Drimé Özer, will make it manifest. All outer and inner elements are the sound of wisdom, Since they are primordially accomplished from the nature of wisdom itself, Therefore, relying on the five essences of the outer elements, I will explain the nourishing medicine for the five inner elements. First, the essence extraction of earth: earth grease, stone grease, and clay paste, the three, For the yogi's consumption, I will also explain here. Among them, the grease: In the past, during the Auspicious Aeon, the grease of the earth congealed, appearing on cliffs, mountainsides, and good, wide plains. Matching the colors of the five families, it is sweet like honey and does not stick to the teeth. The yogi takes it, first mixing it with two-thirds of flour, then half flour, gradually adapting to the earth itself. Visualize oneself as the Precious Dakini, yellow in color, holding in her right hand a curved knife marked with a jewel, and in her left hand a skull cup filled with blood, within the five chakras of the body, the syllables Ha Ri Ni Sa A (ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཨ་) abiding in white, yellow, red, green, and dark blue, Surrounded by four letters each, around the yellow syllable Ri (རི་) at the throat, surrounded by yellow Ha A Ni Sa (ཧ་ཨ་ནི་ས་), from which nectar descends, thinking that it fills the entire body. Practicing with joined breath, reciting twenty-one times "Om Ah Ri Ha A Ni Sa Siddhi Pala Ah Hum (ཨཱྃཿརི་ཧ་ཨ་ནི་ས་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ)," the splendor, life, light, and power of all the gurus, yidams, dakinis, sentient beings, and the outer and inner worlds of the ten directions dissolve into the syllable itself at one's throat.

Think! After meditating in this way, finally dedicate the merit. Also, putting in a piece of butter will eliminate obstacles and the signs of accomplishment will be very close. The signs are a soft body without wrinkles, a clear mind with increasing samadhi, powerful speech with blessings, gathering dakinis, and being pleasing to everyone who sees you. In particular, rely on about a bowl of nectar. Abandon green barley and raw meat, abandon the sun and fire, and do not let the bindu diminish. Stone fat can be any of the five colors of the families. Grind it without soil, wash it, and mix one khal (a unit of weight) with three "tre" of barley, three "tre" of wheat, one and a half "tre" of buckwheat, and one "gang" of beans. Grind it finely like tsampa. First, make it into a tsampa ball. In a bowl visualized as a skull, knead the flour with lukewarm water. Visualize it as nectar with seven repetitions of Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨཱྃ་ཨཱ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽). First, mix half butter with the flour for five days. Then, mix two-thirds for ten days. Then, after twenty-one days, mix one-sixth of the flour. Make a warm tsampa ball, put in a piece of butter the size of a butter pill, visualize it as nectar, and meditate on yourself as the previous precious dakini. After eating, visualize a stream of nectar descending from your throat, and think that your body and mind are filled with bliss. Recite the mantra, and think that all the blessings of the gurus, yidams, and dakinis of the ten directions descend upon you, filling your body. Hold the union of wind and mind for a long time, and then dedicate the merit. As a samaya vow, abandon green barley and raw meat, (303) abandon the sun and fire, drink a bowl of nectar, and always pray to the guru. The signs of accomplishment are bliss in the body, power in speech, blazing realization in the mind, dakinis gathering like clouds, men and women gathering, and food and wealth coming as offerings like treasures bursting forth. Purify the obscurations of wrong livelihood and stinginess, and be liberated from the eon of famine. Always enjoy the perfect enjoyment of the gods. There are no obstacles to this. Afterwards, you can make tsampa, sour porridge, or tsampa porridge as you like. Then, examine eating blood tsampa, which has three aspects: the eating method, the benefits, and the protective boundaries. The first is the five great meats: great meat, great fat, great bone, great bile, and dead meat. The first is that any color is acceptable, the teeth are not sharp, and it is soft.
