(268)現在就尋找解脫之道吧！ 獲得閒暇圓滿之人身，如同珍貴的船隻。 因為具有從痛苦之海中解脫的力量。 捨棄懶惰、懈怠、散漫之心， 現在就生起精進的力量吧！ 殊勝的上師不像令人恐懼的鬼怪， 而是從輪迴的敵人手中救護的舵手。 以三門不造作的盛大侍奉， 現在就供養並依止吧！ 深奧的教言如同甘露妙藥， 因為是醫治煩惱疾病的殊勝之物。 依止於相續，並善加串習， 現在就轉為自性吧！ 清淨的三學如同如意寶珠， 是今生來世安樂，究竟圓滿的道路。 因為能獲得菩提、寂靜、殊勝之果， 現在就依止於相續吧！ 各式各樣的聽聞如同珍貴的明燈， 能遣除愚昧，照亮解脫之路。 開啟智慧之眼，放射利益安樂之光， 現在就毫無偏頗地修持吧！ 善加思維(269)如同精明的金匠， 能斷除真假疑惑、妄加臆測。 以聽聞的自性，思所生慧， 現在就徹底領悟吧！ 修行的自性如同品嚐甘露的味道， 聽聞、思維、實修，平息一切煩惱疾病。 超越戲論之海，到達精要的彼岸， 現在就在森林中禪修吧！ 見解的自性如同無垢的虛空， 遠離高低、局限、偏袒。 沒有寬窄，超越言說、思維、表達。 現在就努力不使它混濁吧！ 禪修的自性如同山王和大海， 不變動，清澈而無雜染。 止息散亂、戲論的一切相狀， 現在就如實禪修吧！ 行為的自性如同聰明的人， 知道何時該做，何者有益，以及當下的情況。 在不執著、取捨、否定、肯定的幻化中， 現在就從能取所取中解脫吧！ 果的自性如同舵手獲得財寶， 自己富足，(270)自然成辦利他之事。 無有希望和疑慮，自然而然地感到快樂， 現在就為了獲得它而努力吧！ 心的自性如同法界虛空， 虛空的自性是心性本初的意義。 意義上無二。

With great service from the three doors, without effort, Worship and rely on him right now! Profound instructions are like nectar medicine, Because it is the supreme cure for afflictive diseases. Rely on the continuum and practice well, Transform into the expanse right now! The pure three trainings are like a wish-fulfilling jewel, It is the path of happiness in this life and the next, and ultimate goodness. Because you can attain enlightenment, peace, and holiness, Rely on the continuum right now! Various kinds of learning are like precious lamps, They dispel ignorance and illuminate the path to liberation. Opening the eye of wisdom, radiating the light of benefit and happiness, Be impartial right now! Thinking well (269) is like a skilled goldsmith, It cuts off all doubts and fabrications about what is true and false. With the wisdom born of thought, the nature of learning, Comprehend it thoroughly right now! The nature of meditation is like tasting the flavor of nectar, Hearing, thinking, and meditating on the meaning, all afflictive diseases are pacified. Crossing the ocean of elaboration, reaching the other shore of essence, Meditate in the forest right now! The nature of view is like immaculate space, Free from high and low, limitations, and partiality. Without wide or narrow, beyond speech, thought, and expression. Strive not to make it turbid right now! The nature of meditation is like a mountain and an ocean, Unchanging, clear, and without turbidity. Pacifying all the characteristics of distraction and elaboration, Meditate as it is right now! The nature of conduct is like a wise person, Knowing when the time is right, what is beneficial, and the present situation. In the illusion of attachment, obstruction, acceptance, rejection, negation, and affirmation, Liberate from grasping and clinging right now! The nature of the result is like a helmsman obtaining wealth, Oneself is enriched, (270) and the benefit of others is spontaneously accomplished. Without hope and doubt, naturally feeling happy, Strive to attain it right now! The nature of mind is like the dharmadhatu space, The nature of space is the innate meaning of mind itself. In meaning, there is no duality.

于平等大圆满中，当下即能 निश्चित 证悟。 各种法如镜中影像，显现而空，异处无空性。 不思一异，乐于体验，当下即能 निश्चित 了知。 所取境之执着如梦境，义上无二，习气二相显。 彼亦为心所立，自性为空性，当下即能 निश्चित 了知无二。 轮回涅槃自性如幻术游戏，虽显现好坏，然体性平等。 一切不生，如虚空自性，当下即能 निश्चित 了知。 错觉苦乐如化身自性，善恶因果各自显现时，自性不生，体性无转变。 当下即能 निश्चित 了知。 心所立诸法如孩童之争，义上不住，分别而妄加区分，执着好坏宗派之偏执。 当下即能 निश्चित 了知平等性。 此外布施如珍宝之藏，用之不竭，增长财富之因。 于下等、殊胜、中等福田，当下即能 निश्चित 随宜布施。 戒律无垢如妙好车乘，是往生增上生、决定胜之阶梯。 守护律仪、积聚善法、利益有情等，当下即能 निश्चित 依于自相续。 忍辱如不动大胜海，不被损害所夺，是苦行中之殊胜。 接受痛苦，慈悲心等，当下即能 निश्चित 串习熟悉。 精进如大火堆燃烧，焚烧违品，于善法精进。 无有懈怠懒惰，当下即能 निश्चित 修持解脱道。 静虑如不动须弥山王，不为所缘动摇，不为外境散乱。 任何等持，不被他夺，当下即能 निश्चित 串习于自相续。 智慧广大如日轮，遣除愚昧黑暗，照亮正法。 增长殊胜解脱洲，干涸罪恶之水藏。 当下即能 निश्चित 增长。 善巧方便如商主取宝，超越痛苦之海，趋往大乐洲。

In the equal great perfection, may you surely realize it right now. All kinds of dharmas are like reflections in a mirror, appearing empty, and there is no emptiness apart. Without thinking about one or different, delight in the experience, may you surely know it right now. Grasping at the object of grasping is like a dream, in reality there is no duality, habitual tendencies appear as duality. That is also established by the mind, its own nature is empty, may you surely know non-duality right now. The nature of samsara and nirvana is like a magical game, although good and bad appear, their essence is the same. Everything is unborn, like the nature of space, may you surely know it right now. Delusional appearances, happiness and suffering, are like the nature of emanation, when good and bad causes and effects arise separately, their nature is unborn, their essence is unchanging. May you surely know it right now. Dharmas established by the mind are like children's arguments, they do not abide in reality, they are distinguished by discrimination, clinging to the biases of good and bad schools. May you surely know equality right now. Furthermore, giving is like a treasure of jewels, inexhaustible, increasing wealth. To inferior, superior, and intermediate fields of merit, may you surely give appropriately right now. Discipline, immaculate, is like a fine chariot, a platform for going to the cities of higher realms and definite goodness. Guarding vows, accumulating dharma, benefiting sentient beings, etc., may you surely rely on your own continuum right now. Patience is like the great, unmoving ocean, not stolen by harm, it is the best of austerities. Accepting suffering, compassion, etc., may you surely become accustomed to it right now. Diligence is like a great fire burning, burning away opposing factors, rejoicing in virtue. Without laziness or idleness, may you surely practice the path of liberation right now. Samadhi is like the unmoving king of mountains, not moved by the object of focus, not distracted by external objects. Whatever samadhi, not stolen by others, may you surely become accustomed to it in your own continuum right now. Wisdom is vast like the orb of the sun, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, illuminating the sacred dharma. Increasing the supreme island of liberation, drying up the ocean of faults. May you surely increase it right now. Skillful means is like a merchant taking jewels, crossing the ocean of suffering, going to the island of great bliss.
