ས་སེ་སང་！观修并唱诵吽字长歌，此座后也应念诵：嗡啊哈日尼萨啊吽！（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hari nisa āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 哈日尼萨 啊 吽）。之后如前知晓。为了清净业障和罪障，获得殊胜和共同成就，想要平息疾病者，从皈依、发心、空性中，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）中生出莲花生，白色带绿，装饰等同于前。双手持甘露宝瓶，心间莲月中央有吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。从四方哈日尼萨（藏文：ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hari nisa，汉语字面意思：哈日尼萨）发出光芒，焚烧自己和他人之疾病，甘露充满身体，处于安乐状态。观想显有、世间、上师、空行母等，如前（16）发出吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）之声，用那萨的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字彻底穿透，光芒四射，疾病如流星般，消散于外面的虚空之中。反复观修并唱诵吽字歌，之后也应念诵此咒：嗡啊哈日尼萨啊吽！（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hari nisa āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 哈日尼萨 啊 吽）。之后如前观修，所有疾病都会平息。想要平息邪魔者，在莲月之上，自己的心识吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。从中发出狮吼声，白色和黄色，主尊眷属如前。双手持金刚杵和嘎巴拉碗，心间字如同之前。光芒四射，照耀显有、世间、空行刹土，降伏所有邪魔，观想火焰。唱诵吽字歌后，如前念诵。观想障碍、邪魔、鬼怪为上师，从头顶迎请，祈祷。观想障碍为菩提心，为了清净宿债，将自己的身体，分解成碎片，随其所愿布施。观想偿还宿债和债务。之后，从等持空性中，将善根回向给众生（17）之利益，邪魔平息，毫无疑问。第二，开示增益之事业，想要增长寿命和福德者，处于皈依、发心、空性之状态中，从吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字中，自己成为释迦女，黄色明亮，主尊眷属如前。双手持珍宝嘎巴拉碗，心间莲花日轮中央有吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。从四方发出黄色哈日尼萨（藏文：ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hari nisa，汉语字面意思：哈日尼萨）光芒，聚集所有轮回和涅槃的寿命、福德和财富，观想自己获得成就。观想显有、世间、上师、空行母等，赐予我加持和成就，观想发出吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）之音声。唱诵吽字歌后，念诵此咒：嗡日尼萨哈啊吽！（藏文：ཨཱྃ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ri nisa ha āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 日尼萨 哈 啊 吽）。之后，将一切供养给上师，也将其安放于虚空之中回向。寿命、福德、财富和眷属，所有所想如意成就。想要增长智慧者，皈依。

Sa se sang! Meditate and sing the long Hum song. This concluding session should also be recited: Om Ah Hari Nisa Ah Hum! (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hari nisa āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hari Nisa Ah Hum). Afterwards, understand as before. In order to purify karma and defilements, and to attain supreme and common accomplishments, for those who wish to pacify diseases, from refuge, bodhicitta, and emptiness, from Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) arises Padmasambhava, white and green, with ornaments like before. The two hands hold a nectar vase, and in the heart, in the center of a lotus moon, is Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). From the four directions, from Hari Nisa (藏文：ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hari nisa，汉语字面意思：Hari Nisa) rays of light emanate, burning away the diseases of oneself and others. The body is filled with nectar, in a state of bliss. Visualize the appearances, existence, lamas, and dakinis, as before (16), proclaiming Hum Phat (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Hum Phat). With the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) of Nasa, pierce through completely. Rays of light emanate, diseases like shooting stars, dissolve into the outer space. Meditate again and again and sing the Hum song. After that, this should also be recited: Om Ah Hari Nisa Ah Hum! (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hari nisa āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hari Nisa Ah Hum). Afterwards, by meditating as before, all diseases will be pacified. For those who wish to pacify evil spirits, on top of a lotus moon, one's own mind is Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). From that, the lion's roar emanates, white and yellow, the main deity and retinue are like before. The two hands hold a vajra and kapala, and in the heart, the syllables are like before. Rays of light emanate, illuminating the realms of appearances, existence, and dakinis. Subdue all obstacles, and meditate on a fire pile. After singing the Hum song, recite as before. Meditate on obstacles, evil spirits, and demons as lamas, invite them to the crown of the head, and pray. Meditate on obstacles as bodhicitta, and in order to purify karmic debts, shatter one's own body into pieces, and give whatever is desired. Think of repaying karmic debts and loans. Afterwards, from the samadhi of emptiness, dedicate the merit for the benefit of sentient beings (17). There is no doubt that obstacles will be pacified. Secondly, the activity of increasing is taught. For those who wish to increase life and merit, in a state of refuge, bodhicitta, and emptiness, from Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), one becomes Shakya's sister, yellow and clear, the main deity and retinue are like before. The two hands hold a precious kapala, and in the heart, in the center of a lotus sun, is Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum). From the four directions, yellow Hari Nisa (藏文：ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hari nisa，汉语字面意思：Hari Nisa) rays of light emanate, gathering all the life, merit, and wealth of samsara and nirvana. Think of attaining accomplishments for oneself. Visualize the appearances, existence, lamas, and dakinis, giving blessings and accomplishments to oneself, and think of uttering the sound of Hum Phat (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Hum Phat). After singing the Hum song, recite this mantra: Om Ri Nisa Ha Ah Hum! (藏文：ཨཱྃ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ri nisa ha āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ri Nisa Ha Ah Hum). Afterwards, offer everything to the lama, and also dedicate it by placing it in the space. Life, merit, wealth, and retinue, whatever is desired will be spontaneously accomplished as wished. For those who wish to increase wisdom, take refuge.
