"The movement of wind will cease." As it says, the two lips should be slightly apart without touching. The wind should not be released from the nose, but slowly circulated in and out through the mouth, and held back slightly. By doing so, when will the movement of wind cease, and the scattering of thoughts stop, so that the luminous space (dbyings rig) remains still? Secondly, the key point of awareness is as stated in 'Vast Expanse of Clarity': "Hold the key point of awareness like a thread, rely on the slowness of appearances." And as stated in 'After the Passing': "Hold awareness like a thread." And as stated in 'Burning Lamp': (375) "Make the natural abode of awareness the realm of space. The vajra itself is like a string of threads. This itself should be placed within." As it says, the outer space of the sky is like a mirror, and in the center of the inner pure space lamp, awareness, like a vajra string of threads, appears with surpassing brilliance and remains unwavering. In short, the nature of the five dakinis, the realm of great bliss of clear light, appears newly as never before. As stated in 'Vast Expanse of Clarity': "In the realm of the Buddha dakinis, in the mirror of the vajra dakinis, the jewel dakinis open that door. At the door, the karma dakinis arrive. The lotus dakinis directly reveal." How is it revealed? It says in the same text: "The characteristic of appearance in the realm is that the sky is clear blue and cloudless, with light, color, and form, and the self-appearance of the five wisdoms. In the lamp of the pure realm of space, bindu body and illusory appearances are pure. Nature itself and essence itself appear as non-dual and inseparable. The characteristic of exhaustion at this time is like unconditioned space." And it says: "Awareness, wisdom, like a string of threads, from the beginning, although not abiding on the ground (376), in the middle, it becomes clear without cause or with cause." As it says, the string of threads is clear in the direct perception of the senses. Here, if one does at the time of death, exhaling in the realm of the self-nature nirmanakaya, one will attain enlightenment without bardo in five hundred years. Thus, the merit of aligning with the key points is as stated in 'After the Passing': "By aligning the key points of door, realm, and wind, wisdom manifestly appears in the realm." As it says. The fault of not aligning is as stated in 'Vast Expanse of Clarity': "If the three key points are not aligned, one will not touch the meaning of awareness." As it says. There are two needs for that. Temporarily, the wisdom of awareness, the power of the senses.

Being free from ignorance through clear manifestation. Even at the end of life, one can go to the pure land of the Nirmanakaya through the key of seeing the truth. Ultimately, by practicing the meaning of ultimate manifestation, the four visions are perfected, and there is a need to achieve the state of no remainder. If the manifestation is not brought into oneself, there will be faults contrary to the above qualities. Secondly, the way to introduce the essence itself. In the "Klong gsal": "The lama extensively introduces it." Therefore, here (377) there are three introductions: introduction to the three bodies, introduction to the three jewels, and introduction to the five aggregates and seven elements. First, in the "Thal 'gyur": "Furthermore, all sentient beings in the three realms are not beyond body, speech, and mind. Therefore, there is no need to seek the three bodies elsewhere." This means that initially, the three bodies of Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya are spontaneously accomplished because they are formed from the natural radiance of the five wisdoms. From now on, the body should not be separated from the three ways of abiding of the three bodies, speech should not be separated from the state of the Dharmakaya which is beyond expression, and mind should not be separated from the meaning of unborn and beyond thought. So it is. Secondly, in the "Klong gsal": "The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha reside in one's own body from the beginning." This means that the nature of mind, free from elaboration and without confusion, is the Buddha of the ground. Speech, free from words and letters, is the sacred Dharma of non-duality. One's own body, free from movement, is the Sangha of the unborn essence, which abides spontaneously from the beginning. So it is. Thirdly, in the "Klong gsal": "All sentient beings have immaculate awareness. The five aggregates and elements are the five fathers and mothers. The channels, elements, and sense bases are the assembly of heroes. The mandala of the three realms is complete in one's own body." This means introducing the wisdom of the ground, which was previously shown, along with the radiance of peace and wrath. In particular, it says: "From the self-arisen power of awareness, the five bodies and five wisdoms, the five families, five lights, five winds, and five wisdoms, etc., abide." Therefore, first, the five bodies are as stated in the "Klong gsal": "One's own awareness manifests as the five bodies. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi manifest." This means that in the cavity of the precious citta, there is only a part of the seed of the wisdom of the bindu. Its essence is primordial purity and immaculate, and its radiance is like a lamp inside a vase, with the light of clarity shining in the sky.
