Alright. Secondly, regarding the removal of obstacles from the four aggregations, a general explanation is given, and then it is summarized into two categories, hot and cold, and then explained in detail separately. First, due to attachment, the power of the fire element increases, leading to fever. Due to hatred, the power of the wind element increases, leading to wind disorders. Due to ignorance, the power of the earth element increases, leading to phlegm disorders. Due to pride and jealousy, the power of the water element increases, leading to cold disorders. (301) Imbalance in any of the elements, whether high or low, also leads to illness. Sleeping during the day also causes illness, as the enemy of one element causes and exacerbates illness. Unsuitable food, clothing, spirits, and behavior also cause illness. For example, in the stomach, the essence of the four elements is disturbed, causing illness. Visualize the Lotus Dakini Father and Mother in the center of the navel's Emanation Wheel. For cold diseases, visualize the form of fire, hot and blazing, like the light of a lamp flame, descending from the union point, filling all the channels of the navel, causing pain, and visualize the heat of the stomach fire arising as a result. Cold diseases are eliminated by the Lotus Dakini Father and Mother. For hot diseases, visualize the essence of Vajra Dakini descending from the Great Bliss Wheel, like the form of mercury, cool and peaceful. For combined diseases, visualize the essence descending from the Buddha Dakini in the heart center, filling the painful area and the entire body like yogurt, comfortably dissipating, and all diseases subsiding. For phlegm disorders, visualize the Lotus Dakini (302) igniting inner heat (tummo), and visualize the essence of wind from the Karma Dakini pacifying it. For wind disorders, visualize the essence of earth descending from the Jewel Dakini, a stream of yellow, filling the body, and the disease subsiding, thereby eliminating the disease. Secondly, all diseases are summarized into two categories, hot and cold. To eliminate these diseases, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then absorb all the diseases of all beings, and visualize all beings being free from disease and happy. Then visualize yourself as the deity, and visualize the five chakras clearly appearing inside the body, which is like an inflated balloon. Visualize all diseases gathering in the painful area, appearing black, then hold your breath and clearly visualize the dakini of the painful chakra. If it is a cold disease, visualize red fire drops descending from the union point, hot and blazing, and the inside of the body burning with flames, fiercely burning the disease. Roman transliteration: A ca ni hrih, Literal meaning: A ca ni hrih)

Think that the diseases are expelled by reciting the bound ones intensely and separately. For fever, think that cool and cold nectar like mercury descends, so that the feverish disease in the form of fire (303) immediately subsides and the root of the disease is expelled. Recite "A ha ya ma" in the mouth, or recite it separately in the mouth and blow out the air. For cold phlegm and wind, focus on fire, first blow out the air and then mainly take it in. For other diseases, treat them with cold focus. Also, directly in front of each chakra, from where the dakini of that chakra is visualized. Sometimes, except for wind, say "Ha" and meditate that the disease goes far away and dissolves into the sky. For wind, think that it subsides inside, and that the body is filled with red and yellow essence, so it will subside. This is the most excellent of all methods of expelling diseases. Third, summarizing the meaning of both of them: Because clinging to afflictive thoughts in one's own mindstream causes the arising essence to be disturbed, diseases arise. Whatever kind of conceptualization of the five poisons arises, do not let it into one's own mindstream, but make it equal in taste in the state of Dharma. This will eliminate all diseases, evil spirits and obstacles. Fourth, regarding the extremely unelaborated word empowerment, the precious (304), there are two ways: to obtain what has not been obtained, and to rely on its lineage. First, there are three: preliminary, main, and subsequent. The first is to offer a mandala and pray, so there is a need to obtain the true meaning. The skull and mirror symbolize the basis for accomplishing the supreme. Giving vows and promising symbolizes approaching the meaning of the extremely secret mantra. Descending wisdom has the need to become a special vessel. Second, there are six. First, introducing the place: Relaxing in its state, etc., has the need to symbolize the state of mind being free from elaboration. Second, introducing the place to go: Kyema Kyema, son of lineage! Etc., has the need to realize the meaning of no coming and going. Third, introducing the place of origin: Kyema, son of lineage, you! Etc., by realizing that the mind has no place of origin, there is a need to realize the meaning of being free from the root. Fourth, from there, introducing the six aggregates: (305) Kyema, son of lineage, you!
