修习。秘密的身语意三如实安住并融入。(499)第一有三:身、语、意。第一有二:区分粗细和前行。第二语也有二:正行和前行。其中有四:增盛、勤习、柔和、入道。第三意有二:正行和前行。其中有三:生、住、灭三者观察。第三,顿超有三:以三个前行使未生的寂止和胜观双运的体性生起,以三个正行使已生的体性得到认识,以三个任运自解使已生的体性脱离束缚并勤加修习。第一有三:首先断除分别念,中间寻找心的漏洞,最后观察生住灭三者的边际。第二认识有三:安住显现为心的庄严,散乱显现为心的游戏,安住于无二平等的自性中。第三勤修有三:三毒自解脱,五门,六识。第二义正行有三:前行无漏智慧在相续中生起之理,正行(500)认识其自性,后行以四种瑜伽修持之理。第一有三:舍弃身语意三者的行为之理,抓住三门要点之理,指示三种智慧的秘密道之理。第二有三:身、语、意。第三秘密道有三:门的要点,境的要点,气脉明点的要点。第二认识有三:认识三身,三宝,五蕴七处。第三修持之理有四:见、修、行、果。第一有六:体性,圆满之理,词义,分类,修持之理,象征。第三显现的生起之理有四:法性现前,觉受增上,明觉达到量,法性穷尽之显现。第七有二:觉受和显现。第四边际依靠有四:以三个不动摇而立基,以三个安住而衡量,以三个获得而钉牢,以四个确信而显示解脱的程度。第一有三:身,眼,界。

Practice. The secret body, speech, and mind are truly established and integrated. (499) The first has three: body, speech, and mind. The first has two: distinguishing between coarse and subtle, and preliminaries. The second, speech, also has two: the main practice and preliminaries. There are four: enriching, diligent practice, softening, and entering the path. The third, mind, has two: the main practice and preliminaries. There are three: examining the three—arising, abiding, and ceasing. Third, Trekchö has three: with the three preliminaries, causing the unborn nature of the union of calm abiding and insight to arise; with the three main practices, introducing the arisen nature; with the three spontaneous liberations, freeing the arisen nature from bondage and diligently practicing. The first has three: first, cutting off conceptual thoughts; in the middle, seeking the flaws of the mind; and finally, examining the limits of the three—arising, abiding, and ceasing. The second, introduction, has three: abiding, appearing as the adornment of the mind; scattering, appearing as the play of the mind; and abiding in the nature of non-duality and equality. The third, diligent practice, has three: the self-liberation of the three poisons, the five gates, and the six consciousnesses. The second meaning, the main practice, has three: the way in which the preliminary stainless wisdom arises in the continuum, the main (500) practice of recognizing that very nature, and the way in which the subsequent four yogas are practiced. The first has three: the way of abandoning the activities of body, speech, and mind; the way of grasping the essential points of the three doors; and the way of indicating the secret path of the three wisdoms. The second has three: body, speech, and mind. The third, the secret path, has three: the essential point of the door, the essential point of the object, and the essential point of the winds and awareness. The second, introduction, has three: introducing the three bodies, the three jewels, and the seven aggregates. The third, the way of practicing, has four: view, meditation, conduct, and result. The first has six: essence, the way of completion, definition, classification, the way of practicing, and symbol. The third, the way of the arising of appearances, has four: the manifestation of reality, the increase of experience, the attainment of the measure of awareness, and the appearance of the exhaustion of reality. The seventh has two: experiential understanding and appearances. The fourth, reliance on the limit, has four: establishing the foundation with the three immovables, measuring with the three abidings, fixing with the three attainments, and showing the extent of liberation with the four confidences. The first has three: body, eye, and space.

501) Knowing. Regarding this, it is measured by dreams. Signs arise from body, speech, and mind. Third, attainment has three: birth, entry, and wind-mind. The first has four: classification, boundary, mode of abiding, mode of appearance. The second has four: In the Bardo of the birth place, cutting off the bonds of doubt, like entering a spacious room, or like the instruction of a helmsman going to the Golden Island. In the Bardo of dying, clarifying the unclear, like a beautiful woman looking in a mirror, or like the instruction of sending the king's message. In the Bardo of Dharmata, having faith in self-appearance, like a robber meeting a friend, or like a child entering the mother's bosom. In the Bardo of Existence, continuing the karma, like building a dam on a broken ridge. The first has three: a snake knot untying in the sky, like a needle falling into the sea, like an icicle melting into water. Second, like seeing a beloved friend, as clear as a mirror, like threading a (502) thread through the eye of a needle. Third, like a broken vase, like seeing the resurrection of a lion, like a rice sprout. This has three: knowing the entry, liberation is the body, and ultimately the key is recognition. Third, the result has three: the temporary result, the ultimate result, and the meaning of the complete conclusion incidentally. The first has three: the way of subduing the earth, the way of becoming a Buddha, the way of the appearance of signs. Second, the ultimate has three: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya. Also body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. The third has three: showing the benefits of profound treasures, telling the history of the emergence of treasures, the benefits of being free from faults, and concluding with aspiration prayers. The first has three: actually explaining the benefits, speaking of the greatness of the Dharma, and explaining the way of seeing. The first has five: the benefits of seeing liberation being particularly superior, being free from the benefits and harms of good and evil, not being liberated by others than this, the relationship being close and meaningful, the benefits of the Dakinis protecting like a child. Second, the history of the emergence of treasures has three: the teacher and the teachings (503) are perfect.
