因此，为了甚深之义，愿在森林中禅修！ 人寿流逝如山崖倾泻之水， 死主不停留如夕阳西下之影。 生者必死，聚者必散之法性， 从今日起思维并禅修吧！ 今生获得人身之际， 若未把握通往解脱洲的道路， 死后将去何方我怎能知晓？ 愿在安乐大道上占据要津！ 如此说出有益之语， 发自内心，愿一切众生精进。 莫从珍宝洲空手而归， 愿获得意义深远、心髓如意宝！ 我亦具有懈怠懒惰之本性， 以及自欺欺人的利他假象， 即使此生未能成就解脱之光身， 愿在中阴身获得稳固！ 从今以后直至生生世世， 愿与自生莲花之怙主一同， 不堕轮回，必证涅槃， 唯一成办利益众生之事！ 证悟甚深(487)之义，远离生死怖畏之境， 中阴解脱之度，凭借空行之加持， 我今已成办自利之事， 现在无论如何也要成办利他之事！ 凭借往昔多生累劫之修习， 对于甚深之义，智慧之眼得以开展， 内外宗派之理皆能善见， 如实无谬地宣说词句与意义。 令具缘蜜蜂欢喜之花园， 充满甚深意义之蜂蜜精华， 此善说之花朵果实成熟， 为欲求即生成佛者开示此道。 我于此生利益微小之故， 不久将舍弃此如幻之身， 中阴界之刹土显现广大之故， 愿于任运自成之地占据要津！ 再次放射化身之光芒， 引导众生前往解脱洲， 以无量甚深之法藏显现， 愿众生(488)二利任运成就！ 从无量劫以来，怀有利他之锐箭， 追随圣者菩萨之行迹， 事业与利生遍布虚空之际， 愿众生二利任运成就！ 空行心髓之口诀名为甚深义海之云。 邬金大导师莲花生耶

Therefore, for the sake of profound meaning, may I meditate in the forest! The life of a person passes like water cascading down a steep mountain, The lord of death does not tarry, like the shadow of the western mountain. Birth is followed by death, union by separation, such is the nature of things, From this very day, may I contemplate and meditate! Now that I have obtained this human existence, If I do not seize the path to the island of liberation, How will I know where I will go after death? May I seize a stronghold on the path of great bliss! These words of benefit that I speak, Are from the heart, may all beings strive! May I not return empty-handed from the precious island, May I obtain the wish-fulfilling jewel of profound meaning and essence! I also have the nature of complacency and laziness, And the appearance of benefiting others while deceiving myself, Even if I do not achieve the light body of liberation in this life, May I gain stability in the bardo body! From now on, in all future lives, May I, together with the protector of the self-arisen lotus, Certainly not fall back into samsara, but attain nirvana, May I accomplish the benefit of beings in every way! Seeing the profound (487) meaning, the field free from the fear of birth and death, The extent of liberation in the bardo, through the blessings of the dakinis, I have now accomplished my own benefit, Now, by all means, may I accomplish the benefit of others! Through the power of practice in many past lives, The eye of wisdom has opened to the profound meaning, I have clearly seen the tenets of inner and outer schools, And explained the words and meanings accurately and without error. A garden that delights the fortunate bumblebees, Filled with the essence of profound nectar, As this flower and fruit of good speech ripen, This path is shown to those who desire enlightenment in one lifetime. Because my benefit in this life is small, I will soon abandon this illusory body, Because the field of vision in the bardo realm is vast, May I seize a stronghold in the spontaneously accomplished land! Again, radiating a multitude of emanated rays of light, Leading beings to the island of liberation, With the appearance of immeasurable profound Dharma treasures, May the two benefits of beings (488) be spontaneously accomplished! From immeasurable time, holding the arrow of beneficial intention, Following the footsteps of the holy conduct of the bodhisattvas, As the deeds and activities pervade the extent of the sky, May the two benefits of beings be spontaneously accomplished!
