There are two methods for introducing the culmination of the path in Tögal. The first is the introduction to Trekchö, practice, and release. The first is to arrange the Tsok offering, and after the blessing of the lineage is invoked, both master and disciples should relax their bodies and minds, and clarity of awareness will arise. Introduce the self-nature of Saleye Yere (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), (348) do it like this: Hey, fortunate ones, look at this present awareness, self-luminous and naked. Do not scatter it into conceptual thoughts, do not cling to one point, do not let it be defiled by rejection and acceptance, and hope and doubt. It is clear but without clinging, clear but without inside or outside, vast but not scattered, the nature is clear but without grasping, transparent but without obstruction. This naturally abiding naked state is the self-luminous nature of mind. Recognize that this is the unchanging self-nature of Dharmakaya, and protect this great state of self-clarity and non-clinging! The stainless and pure Buddha is, self-aware Dharmakaya, unchanging. Saleye, Sengnge, Walleye Wa. Like the cloudless autumn sky. Abide like the unchanging and stable mountain king! Abide like the unwavering and clear ocean! Abide like the sky without width or narrowness! No matter how you abide, do not leave the state of awareness! No matter how it arises, it is the radiance of awareness! Let arising and abiding be clear and distinct! Just as birds, no matter where they fly, do not leave the sky, all phenomena abide in the state of awareness, let all phenomena be self-luminous and unwavering! Establish this firmly. The second is practice, practicing in the state of self-abiding meditation (349), and practicing in the play of self-clear wisdom. The first is further divided into recognizing the self-abiding meditation, and demonstrating the method of mixing meditation and post-meditation. The first is to sit in the lotus position, with the eyes unmoving, looking slightly downward. When the mind is clear and without conceptual thought, stare straight ahead with the eyes upright. Even if the previous clarity of non-conceptual thought disappears, a self-luminous and vast awareness will arise, without the conceptual thought of feeling and the antidote of memory, a primordial and spacious awareness. Know that this is the self-abiding meditation of awareness. Once you recognize this, later, whether awareness is abiding or scattered, whether in affirmation or negation, in afflictions or in non-conceptual samadhi, you should abide more in self-aware self-nature, so that you can attain the state of non-clinging self-abiding.

The meditation of that nakedly arises. If you don't do this alone, the spontaneously accomplished meditation is like a river. If you don't know this, occasional meditation will not be able to cope with circumstances, and there will be the fault of not being able to recognize the bardo meditation. As it is said in the Six Spaces: (350) "The meditation that abides in its own nature, and, the rest of the root-breath-mind, are similar, similar, how wonderful!" That's what it says. This point is the difficult point of this Dharma, and it is known naturally from the blessing of the self-born lotus. From now on, those who can recognize the meditation of their own nature should regard it as the power of this letter and the result of my lineage. The method of mixing the equal and the subsequent is: After gaining a little stability in that state, get up from sitting and learn the three postures of wrathful, giant strides, and lion leaps. The first is to get up without losing the state of meditation when sitting comfortably, bend the right leg and stretch the left leg, and move the eyes back and forth, mixing with meditation. After that is stable, the giant's stride is to take slow, chaotic steps without losing the state of meditation. After that is stable, the lion's leap is: without losing the state of meditation, walking violently and jumping a long distance, walking slowly and staying on the ground, standing up in an instant and shouting loudly, playing in remembrance and thought, and staying in non-thought, etc. By learning these, all actions (351) are mixed with the meditation of one's own nature, and all actions and, speech and, remembrance and awareness all appear as the play of Dharma, without distinction between sitting and following. There is no interval between day and night, no Dharma to be taken or abandoned, no mind to be meditated upon, no calculation of right and wrong, everything is mixed into one play of the self-light of awareness, and even if it is indulged, it will not be scattered. Even if you don't practice specifically, you will not be separated from samadhi, and you will understand the state of exhaustion of Dharma, transcending good and evil, taking and abandoning, and realizing the benefits and harms of seeing, meditating, practicing, and fruition, and you will naturally abide in the yoga of the uncultivated river. Secondly, it is divided into: abiding appearing as the adornment of the mind, radiating appearing as the play of the mind, and abiding in the state of non-duality and equality. The first is to relax the body, speech, and mind.
