, and the excellent explanations of the Yangtig Yizhin Norbu (Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Commentary), one should become familiar with the profound meanings, the practices of the Vidyadhara lineage, and the points of division and aggregation of the Smar teachings. The single path traversed by all Buddhas, known as the essence of the profound and vast Dharma, Ati, the footprints of hundreds of thousands of accomplished masters, the supreme secret pinnacle of oral instructions, the Dakini Heart Essence itself. The path of profound intention, symbols, and whispered transmissions, what is signified by letters is the self-arisen wisdom blessing, which matures in an instant, the profound treasure of accomplishment, the unsurpassed secret. Who can understand its profound meaning, the secret place, only the wisdom of the noble ones can be its domain, not the conceptualizations of ignorant ordinary beings, but I hope it can benefit fortunate beings. Therefore, from the heart-ocean of the Vidyadhara Dakinis, the hidden profound meaning (634), the king of wish-fulfilling power, even a slight manifestation of subtle appearance, will it not fulfill the desires of those who long for liberation? In particular, may this jewel lamp that illuminates the profound path of the supreme secret Dakini Heart Essence, after manifesting the liberated three-body pure lands, swiftly and happily lead all beings there. May this life's self-nature, primordial purity, the resonance of the inner clarity of the youthful vase body, the spontaneously accomplished four visions, at the peak of the exhaustion of phenomena, the auspiciousness of the three realms being liberated into a rainbow body! Thus, this instruction manual of the Great Perfection Dakini Heart Essence, called "The Lamp Illuminating the Profound Path," was written at the good place of Orgyen Mindroling Monastery by the yogi Gyurme Dorje, who has faith in the secret Great Perfection of the Karmapas and practices this path, in order to make meaningful the earnest request with a golden flower from the yogi Merag Chöje Pema Trinley Wangchuk, and the mandala offering presented (635) by Rinchen Tashi, who possesses the treasure of faith, aspiration, and wisdom, who has the power of aspiration to accomplish this path. ༈ །Om Svasti!
