May all sentient beings be established in the unsurpassed Bodhi. As this appeared three times, the self-arisen wisdom, the very nature of Samantabhadra, the inexhaustible great compassion, radiated in all ten directions. These, through the complete purification of merit, the appearance of the body is without inherent existence, the face is completely open in all directions, and the infinite rays of light appear to pervade all of space. Through the complete purification of the accumulation of karma, the great wisdom of the mind bursts forth from the expanse, enjoying the wisdom of omniscience. At this time, the four outer activities of the body are: the appearance of the body is without inherent existence, the face and hands of light are complete, it transcends the entity of characteristics, and it appears as the aspect of wisdom. The four inner ones are: the thirty-two marks, the eighty minor marks, infinite rays of light, and the face completely open in all directions. The four secret ones are: the body has no front or back, it is completely transparent inside and out, the crown swirls in all directions, and it appears clearly and without confusion. The four outer activities of speech (24) are: the wheel of six syllables radiates, it enters the face of the father, it emerges from the space of the mother, and it radiates and gathers. The four inner ones are: it speaks with its own essence, it transcends the expression of words, it does not appear to gather, and the immeasurable rays of light of color shine on the mandala of the face, causing the Dharma of the near pacification of characteristics to be understood. The four secret ones are: the union of body, speech, mind, and face is completely pure, enjoying the Dharma of omniscience. The four outer activities of the mind are: it does not appear to gather, the vision of wisdom is completely pure, the nature of reality is completely manifest, and the samadhi of the exhaustion of defilements. The four inner ones are: like a mirror, equality, individual realization, enjoying the wisdom of accomplishing activities. The four secret ones are: clarity and emptiness, object and consciousness, appearance and emptiness, abiding without change in the nature of reality where samsara and nirvana are indistinguishable. These are not like the activities of object and subject, (25) but in the field of self-appearing purity, they are said to exist only as a part of the complete activity of appearance. Then, the Victorious One

Vajrasattva, without the limits and center of Akanishta, abides in the basis of the Sambhogakaya, the spontaneously arising wisdom, in the thought of the indivisibility of the three Kayas. Vidyadharas, Dakinis, and the assembly of Vidyadharas of the retinue, transcend the world. The supreme retinue, born from the emanations of oneself, is as numerous as the extremely fine dust of the ocean. Relying on the perfect, the Great Perfection of self-nature, the meaning of the indivisibility of body and wisdom, in a way that the combination of words and sentences is excellent, like a sound image, it appears to be spoken by showing it to one's own appearance. At this time, the four external activities of the body are: appearing everywhere, not being satisfied with seeing, transforming in various ways, and the sky being endless. The four internal ones are: clear, shining, beautiful, and radiating light. The four secret ones are: frank, obvious, thorough, and transparent. The four external activities of speech are: endless sound, arising in accordance with aspirations, clear, and shining. The four internal ones are: pleasing, inexhaustible, countless, and continuous. The four secret ones are: inconceivable, all-encompassing, naturally pure, and beyond comparison. The four external activities of mind are: unwavering, unthinkable, as it is, and the luminosity of nature. The four internal ones are: unmade, not doing, without doing, and beyond the realm of action. The four secret ones are: seeing everything, not fixating on anything, spontaneously accomplished, and in the state of equal Great Perfection, unwavering and unchanging at all times. These are the manifestations of the body to pure beings through infinite compassion, so the Dharma of self-nature, like a mirror, appears to the ten Bodhisattvas, which is the realm of practice beyond the world, completely pure. The teacher and retinue who appear in this way are spoken by the Buddhas themselves in the name of the Buddhas, transmitted by thought, and do not appear as separate teachers and disciples in the order of different individuals. Starting from Vajrasattva, it is the first manifestation to sentient beings, so the Dharma is taught in the order of faith and wisdom.
