It is called directly seeing the faces of all brave and wise lamas, yidams, and dakinis. It is called the manifestation of the three kayas and five wisdoms. It is called the purification of all karma, habits, sins, obscurations, and ignorance. It is called the arising of afflictions as dharmata. It is called possessing karma and fortune. It is called the completion of the accumulation of merit. It is called receiving the empowerment of all Buddhas at once (610). It is called receiving the empowerment of the power of awareness. From this day forward, there is not even a particle of difference between you and Samantabhadra Buddha, the five families of Buddhas. Thus, praise and generate joy. Third, practicing with the four yogas, among the four: view, meditation, conduct, and result, the first is: the essence of clear light is emptiness, its nature is clarity, and the unceasing arising of compassion is the view of meditative equipoise. Understanding that these various appearances of samsara and nirvana are appearances without inherent existence, like the moon in water, is the view of post-meditation. The second is: without moving from that view, the yoga of clarity and emptiness inseparable in meditative equipoise, and practicing post-meditation like a dream or illusion, is meditation. The third is: whatever arises, whether happiness or suffering, knowing it as self-arising and self-liberating, and enhancing the power of the five (611) meditations with conduct that corresponds to the sequence of the senses, is conduct. The fourth is: when familiarity has become all-encompassing, the way of appearing of appearance-emptiness clear light, the state of being free from acceptance and rejection, hope and fear, becomes confidence, which is the result. The meaning of these is also: In the Lamp That Illuminates, it says: Like a mountain king, abiding is the measure of view. Like the ocean, abiding is the measure of meditation. Like appearance, abiding is the measure of conduct. Like awareness, abiding is the measure of result. That yogi who possesses the four measures is the one whose mind is blended with the definitive meaning. Thus it is said. Having been introduced in this way, one directly sees dharmata without it remaining merely in the realm of thought, and ultimately, by the key point of directly seeing, even if life is interrupted, one will attain Buddhahood in the realm of the self-nature nirmanakaya. Third, showing the way of appearing of subsequent appearance experiences, there are three: identifying the arising gateways of the four appearances, explaining the habitual (612) ways of the four extremes, and showing the way of liberation of the result. The first has four: In the Clear Expanse, it says: If you do not know the way of appearing of the four appearances, then like a

Faults will arise. One should know the four appearances. As it is said. First, the appearance of the direct perception of reality is: As shown above, it is controlled by the illusory wheel of body, speech, and mind, and the four key points of the gate, object, wind, and consciousness. As stated in the "Distant Throwing Water Lamp": In the lamp of completely pure space, like a rainbow tent, or in the middle of a peacock's feathers. In the lamp of empty bindu, in the center of the appearance of light spheres with fine points, awareness, the vajra chain, is bound clearly and without distraction, and when viewed, wisdom of clear emptiness and non-discrimination arises, and the awareness that remains unmoving in the state of being clearly born, clear and transparent, the essence of primordial purity, spontaneous accomplishment, and non-duality, is called the lamp of self-born wisdom, which liberates the primordial ground and the current appearance (613) mind. When awareness enters the realm of space, the appearance of the three-linked bindu appears before the senses, and this is the appearance of the direct perception of reality. Moreover, in the palace of the great precious one, in the palace where five lights gather. The primordial protector, the unchanging light. The essence is emptiness, the nature is clarity, the compassion is the essence of awareness, and the light body that dwells clearly within and the appearance of limitless realms are empowered, so it is called enlightenment in the supreme pure land. Moreover, the symbol of space is the halo of light. The symbol of wisdom is the bindu. The symbol of the body is the chain. The symbol of compassion is self-illumination. The symbol of essence is non-discriminating wisdom, the unchanging intention of the three times, and the equality of the ground is perfected. As stated in "After Death": Who sees this key point of direct perception? The three realms (614) do not turn back. So it is. Seeing it in this way, the temporary reality is free from the activity of the mind. Ultimately, it will be liberated at the end of the primordial. Second, the appearance of the increase of experience is: Experience is the grasping part of the mind, so it is unstable. In "Vast Clarity" it is said: The mind is said to be conventional truth. As it is said. The appearance of the signs of the path of the liberation of awareness within is stable and not deceiving. Moreover, when practiced as before, the space awareness is sometimes clear and sometimes unclear. Gradually, through familiarity, the space awareness is separated from the boundary of maturity, and it appears before the senses, and the nature of the space appearance of light is also. Erected upwards. Radiating light.
