It is like this. However, since preventing the distraction of thoughts is ineffective, therefore, infinitely expand awareness and (591) focus on it. Eventually, the power of thoughts will weaken, thereby obtaining the self-nature of abiding, and abide in this state. Just like a crow flying up from a pond, circling and circling, it eventually returns to the same place. It's like that. Furthermore, this abiding does not depend on movement or stillness, does not fall into either the outer six consciousnesses or the inner two consciousnesses, and transcends the arising, ceasing, permanence, and annihilation of awareness. It is the self-knowing and self-illuminating self-nature, the unobstructed manifestation of power and radiance, and is vast and boundless. Clear and pure, it transcends the realm of verbal expression. Unwaveringly maintaining this self-nature will make the realization of reality increasingly enhanced and stable. If the component of dullness is more, then eliminate the impure air, keep the body upright, focus the gaze, fill awareness with power, and exert wisdom with all effort, focusing on this. If scattered and excited, then lower the gaze, the body seeks relaxation, (592) lower the eyes, awaken from the depths of the heart, and abide in the natural state. In addition, sometimes when the sky is clear and cloudless, turn your back to the sun, converge your gaze, and look at the vast space of the sky. For example, open the empty and bright area of the external sky, for example, from the pure sky of inner awareness, the sky of secret luminous essence, the Dharma nature that transcends all boundaries and centers manifests in an instant. Furthermore, if dull, then separately practice calm abiding and insight, if sinking, then lift up, if excited, then suppress, combining with all behaviors is the key to practicing and enhancing power, this is the teaching of the Dharma Lord Omniscient One. Second, the manifestation of spontaneously arisen wisdom is divided into three: the preliminary is abandoning the actions of the three doors, the main practice is relying on uncontaminated wisdom in one's own mindstream, and the subsequent is showing the way of experiencing (593) appearances. First, abandoning the actions of the three doors, as it is said in 《Space Light》: In order to introduce manifestation into the key point, the outer, inner, and secret actions, the three doors of body, speech, and mind are all abandoned. It is said like this. First, the three actions of the body are: the outer is the actions and all distractions of worldly delusion, the inner is the inferior virtuous actions such as prostrations and circumambulations, the secret is abandoning all distracting actions and abiding alone. Second, the three actions of speech are: the outer is the worl

Various confused talks of Na. Internally, recitations and repetitions, etc. Abandon all secret speech and abide in silence. The third is the three of mind: abandon all external worldly confused thoughts, all internal generation and completion stage mind-holdings, and all secret distractions of discursive thoughts, and abide in a state of non-thought. (594) By this, the three doors will abide, be stable, and be liberated. As it says in 'After Death': 'Having obtained the confidence of abiding, stability, and liberation, abandon all outer and inner activities.' So it is said. Secondly, the main part, relying on the uncontaminated wisdom continuum, has three parts: seizing the key points of the three doors, manifesting directly on oneself through the four key points, and introducing the meaning of the manifestation. First, seizing the key points of the three doors is as stated in 'Longsal': 'The key point of manifestation is body, speech, and mind. Properly align the key points of each.' As it is said. First, the three of the body are as stated earlier: 'The body is the three kayas, do not constantly change it.' As it is said. Also, as it says in 'String of Pearls': 'Abide like a lion, an elephant, and a sage.' Therefore, the Dharma Kaya (595) posture like a lion is: squatting with the soles of the feet together, knees out, palms placed on the ground, upper body straight, neck slightly raised, eyes looking at the sky above the eyebrows, staring motionless. The Sambhogakaya posture like an elephant is: lying face down with knees and chest touching the ground, elbows placed on the ground, palms supporting the chin, fingers touching the cheeks, spine straight, looking diagonally at the sky directly ahead. The Nirmanakaya posture like a sage is: squatting with the ankles of the feet together, hands placed on the hips or knees, spine straight, eyes slightly lowered, gazing drowsily at the space. By doing so, temporarily, the first posture causes the earth element to return to its place. The second controls (596) the wind that causes earthquakes. The third generates heat and harmonizes the elements. Ultimately, one will be liberated into the three kayas and enter into nirvana. As it says in 'Decisive': 'The Dharma Kaya's gaze is like a lion, having abandoned all fear of delusion, the vajra...
