Called Immaculate Sky. I prostrate to the glorious primordial Great One! The wisdom of essence is completely perfect from the very beginning. The self-nature is clear light, all kinds of elaborations are pacified. The self-arisen compassion is unceasing and self-manifesting. I prostrate in a way that is without gathering and scattering. The essence is unborn, pure from the very beginning. The self-nature is spontaneously accomplished, compassion is without partiality. The meaning of the various non-dualities, the unborn essence, listen as I explain it according to my realization. The basis of all dharmas is complete, beyond thought. It cannot be pointed out as this, it is not an object of thought. The self-nature is without object, beyond the extremes of existence and non-existence. It is merely a designation, all of that is without establishment. Whether it is yes or no, existence or non-existence, acceptance or rejection, taking or abandoning, etc., however it may appear, it has no such self-nature. Primordially liberated, spontaneously vast, beyond all roots. Like the sky, there is no object to represent it (426). Unskilled children are bound by objects. Like a deer running after water in a mirage. They are deceived by craving for the reality of the five objects such as form. They are bound by the five rivers of afflictions such as attachment. There is no opportunity to escape from the state of samsara. Meditative contemplatives are bound by the mind. Like a silkworm binding itself with its own saliva. The experience of meditation deceives the wisdom of the natural state. The boxes of view, meditation, and action bind the thoughts. They constantly wander in the enclosure of attachment and aversion. Non-dual yogis are bound by pride. Like the eye not seeing itself. The confidence in the nature of reality obscures the primordial state. They are bound in a state of being beyond extremes, which cannot be pointed out as this. There is no time to be liberated from the extremes of non-duality. Alas! Friends, please think carefully. The king is attached to his own kingdom. The ministers and relatives are attached to wealth. (427) The poor are attached to even a needle tip. There is no difference in the mind of craving. Whatever one is attached to is the rope of bondage. Enjoy without discriminating between good and bad, acceptance and rejection. Whatever arises in various ways, if one is not attached to objects, who will the five poisons of affliction benefit or harm? The very wisdom is self-aware, free from grasping. Therefore, training in the power of realization is very important. Without abandoning desirable qualities, understand them as ornaments of the mind. In the great state of primordial unbirth and self-arising, there is attachment to the experience of emptiness without a basis. Abiding in the

Even dwelling there becomes a binding factor; due to the obscuration of knowables, there is never liberation. Whoever has no mind of deliberate grasping or attachment, ordinary awareness flows naturally and uninhibited. If one is not bound by grasping at what arises, accepting or rejecting, it is primordial liberation itself; what need is there for alteration? If one does not alter from the ground up, and does not modify the path, then the result is spontaneously accomplished, unaltered from the ground. If one alters it, then (428) fear is the nature of things; even if emptiness is obscured, it is still the experience of non-conceptual mind. The fearless dharmakaya of the Victorious Ones will never be accomplished. In the primordial state of being, the effortless primordial liberation, at the end of whatever practice one cultivates on the path, the effortless king, the dharmakaya, does not change. To boast of having attained self-existing spontaneous accomplishment is a contradiction of cause and effect, and an inversion of the state of being. From the ground itself, one decides with the mind, and then strives to plant seeds of weeds on the path, only to boast of obtaining fine rice as a result. If the nature of reality is not altered from the ground up, and there is no alteration or effort on the path, then what kind of primordial state of being will the result attain? Alas, friends! The essence of the nature of mind, the king without reliance, when ungrasping dawns, the self-liberated king does not change in the three times. Ema! Think well again and listen! To alter the wisdom of meaning, unaltered from the ground, with view, meditation, and conduct on the path, is an inversion (429), not the primordial state of being. Because the ground and path are confused, the result will never be attained. Ha ha! In the meaning of essence, there is nothing to meditate on; there is nothing to see, nothing to practice, and attachment to results ceases. This cannot be indicated; it is primordially the Great Perfection. Do not defile the pure mind with grasping. When one is without grasping, having abandoned the stake of fixation, body and wisdom are naturally inseparable. Whatever arises is free from elaboration, primordially empty, the dharmakaya. Various appearances are unceasing, the sambhogakaya. Arising and liberating, ungrasping, whatever appears is the nirmanakaya. Primordially liberated, remaining as it is, the unchanging vajrakaya. The state of being is uniform, the manifestation of enlightenment, the sambhogakaya. Appearance and mind are non-dual, liberated in the primordial state. Essence, nature, possessing the heart of compassion, the king of equality is without separation or change. At that time, the grasper and the grasped are not perceived, a single state. Transcending the limits of existence and non-existence, the dharmadhatu. Various appearances are like a clear mirror. Negation and affirmation, acceptance and rejection (430) are non-dual, equality.
