The common and uncommon offering clouds, such as the eight offerings, are pure and unobstructed. Their nature is emptiness, their form is offerings, their extent fills the sky, and their function is to especially please the great protectors, especially Vaishravana (རྒྱལ་ཆེན་, वैश्रवण, vaiśravaṇa, Great Hearing/All Hearing), so that they may send down a great rain of accomplishments. Oṃ Sarva Vid Pura Pura, Sura Sura, Avartaya Avartaya Ho. Vajra Spharana Khah. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, blessed by the three syllables. Then, with the beating of drums and melodies, these verses from the offering, smoke offering, to the music, should be accompanied by the charming and short vowel sounds of the Vajrakila (རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕུར་པའི་, vajrakīla, Diamond Dagger), and the mantras should also be arranged and recited with the beating of drums, and at the intervals, the music should be played three times each. Whatever results of previously accumulated causes, desires, meaningless or inverted actions, even a small amount, Excessive attachment, not knowing contentment in thought and action, whatever faults there may be, I confess and reveal. Swiftly protect from the fears and poverty of gods, nagas, and humans, King who protects the world, from the world, Liberating all, giving benefit and happiness to all, I rejoice in the uninterrupted activity. Various terrifying fears, those without protectors, those afflicted by sin, suffering, busyness, and poverty, those with bad fortune, For the sake of relieving them, I urge the manifestations of your body, speech, mind, light, sun, moon, victory banner, and mongoose. Your body, wrathful, smiling, majestic, beautiful, and elegant, gentle, steadfast, fearful, the nine dances of a hero, In order to subdue the unruly and to guide the fortunate, I beseech you not to pass into nirvana for hundreds of eons. Thus, for the sake of protecting beings and for the happiness of beings, holding you as the supreme god among gods, May you, the treasure of protectors for myself and others who are without protectors, never forget or abandon us with your wisdom and compassion.
