From the pores of your upper body, Emanate Garuda birds as messengers. Subduing all the fierceness of the earth, Homage to you! From the pores of your waist, Emanate Yakshas and Rakshasas as messengers. Destroying all the fierceness on the earth, Homage to you! From the pores of your lower body, Emanate tigers and other wild beasts as messengers. Destroying all the fierceness beneath the earth, Homage to you! Recite this and strike the instruments three times. Then, according to the chapter on praising the offspring from the Great Praise, praise with the first two verses: Here, in the case of Yaksha, between the two verses, insert a fierce 'གུར་དྲག་' (Tibetan), that is, 'ང་ནི་ཡེ་ནས་' (Tibetan), etc., two intervals of tonal cycles, accompanied by instruments, omitting the two heavy strikes of the instruments at the beginning and end.
