Five hundred yogis, together with their retinues and armies, now is the time to protect the Dharma! Seven great demonesses and their children, eight mother goddesses and their retinues, together with their retinues and servants, now is the time to protect the Dharma! To destroy the enemy forces of the Dharma, don the armor of solidity, hold aloft the sharp weapons, raise the battle flags, gather the armies, and carry the terrifying messages to the ten directions. For those enemies who destroy the Dharma, destroy their offspring and utterly annihilate them! For the hostile enemies and the obstructing demons, together with their retinues and armies, subdue them completely with skillful means and compassion, and utterly destroy them from all sides! Demolish their evil plans from within, strip off the armor of solidity, shatter the thrown weapons into dust, separate them from the protecting deities, deprive them of their friends and close companions, burn their karma and afflictions with the fire of wisdom, and empty the suffering of samsara! Reciting these words, accompanied by the fierce beating of instruments and the loud blowing of conches, fully visualize the wrathful activities. Then, strike the instruments three times, accompanied by the beating of drums and melodies, and according to the way it appears in the great praise, first praise the abode of the king: Whatever is in your heart, incorporate it into the praise of the Protector (Natha, नाथ, nātha, 'refuge, protector'), do not shorten it, and include one verse in each section. With the non-dual wisdom vajra, subdue the various poisons of afflictions by means of various methods, manifesting as the wrathful form with compassion, I prostrate and praise the Secret Lord Vajradhara (Vajradhara, वज्रधर, vajradhara, 'Vajra-holder')! From here on, chant with a tremolo. Having vowed to protect the Dharma, possessing the fame, power, and magical abilities to protect the world, I speak with great devotion of a small portion of the qualities of you, the guardian deity. The palace of Janglochen (ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན།), the lord of yakshas (Yaksa, यक्ष, yakṣa, 'one who bites, vigorous'), is as if drawn by the minds of all the gods. The outer wall is sixteen yojanas (Yojana, योजन, yojana, 'league') high, and each side is two hundred and fifty yojanas long, with gold as its base and adorned with all kinds of jewels. On each of the four corners, there dwells a Vajradhara yaksha.
