ཧཾ། (Ham) Thinking of praising the goddesses and observing the taming of female beings. Recite as before. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Stuti Ta Vajra Svabhāva Ātmako'ham. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་སྟུ་ཏི་ཏ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत स्तुति त वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata stuti ta vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：Om, all tathagatas, praise, that vajra, self-nature, I) Meditate up to that point without interruption by other distractions. Hold the mind slightly on the dependent and the depended, appearing but without inherent existence, like an illusion. Then, in order to abandon attachment to colors, first visualize all the goddesses as black, second as red, third as yellow, fourth as green, fifth as blue, sixth as white, seventh as half white and half black, and eighth visualize each one as having six colors. The Completion Stage: The completion stage is: visualizing oneself clearly as the venerable Vajra Nairatmya, the body with hollow tubes inserted inside, in the midst of a red glow, from the navel to the crown of the head, there is the Avadhuti (藏文：ཨ་ཝ་དྷུ་ཏི་), the central channel, with a reddish-yellow color. To its right is the red Roma channel, with the nature of fire, and a reddish-brown color; to the left is the white Kyangma channel, with the nature of water, and a white color. Visualize all three as medium-sized hollow tubes. Then, relying on the Avadhuti, the navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four channels branching out from the Avadhuti in four directions like hollow tubes, each branching into two, the eight branching into two, the sixteen branching into two, the thirty-two branching into two, making sixty-four. At the lower end of the central channel in the navel, there is a red ཨཾ་ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：Aṃ) syllable, shaped like a short stick with a head ornament, with the head pointing upwards, merging into the central channel, with the nature of fire, and a reddish-yellow color. At the tips of the eight inner channels, starting from the front, are: ཨ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ཡ་ཤ (藏文：ཨ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ཡ་ཤ，梵文天城体：अ क च ट त प य श，梵文罗马拟音：a ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa，汉语字面意思：A ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa).
