Recite wrathful mantras, such as ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ། (Tibetan, अमृत, amṛta, Nectar), as much as possible. Visualize in your mind that all obstacles flee outwards. Repeat this three times. The second step is to purify sins: The attendant places sesame seeds in front, fire on the right, and water on the left. Pour sesame seeds into the palms of the attendant's hands, facing the new sacred object. Rotate the right hand to the right and the left hand to the left. Then, bring the hands together and rotate them left and right. Finally, cross the hands and pour the sesame seeds from the right hand into the fire and the sesame seeds from the left hand into the water, in accordance with the mantra. Repeat this three times, visualizing that the wisdom fire on the right burns and the ocean on the left washes away. The master and disciples recite: 'May the sins and obscurations of all beings, led by myself and the patrons, exist in the heart in the form of a black ཀྃ་ (Tibetan, क, ka, ka) syllable, emerge from the nostrils in the form of horned sins, and dissolve into the sesame seeds in front, which are then burned by the wisdom fire on the right and washed by the ocean water on the left.' ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བྷས་སྨིན་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱཧཱ། (Tibetan, ॐ सर्व पापं दहन भस्मिन कुरु स्वाहा, oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana bhasmin kuru svāhā, Om, burn all sins, turn to ashes, accomplish) Recite this mantra three times. The attendant takes some water from the water and pours it into the fire, visualizing pouring it into the great ocean, and then scatters it outside. The master and disciples recite: 'May all the sins and obscurations of all beings, led by myself and the patrons, be purified.' And visualize this. Next is wiping the cleansing wood: Before bathing the new sacred object, the attendant wipes the sacred objects on the bathing platform and the letters on the mirror with water from the vase. Drape the wiping cloth over the left shoulder. The master and disciples, accompanied by the sound of bells and singing, recite 'As the Tathagata was born' etc., and 'Here is the supreme bath' etc. And recite: 'To the Tathagatas and their children, with precious vases filled with scented water, and beautiful songs and music, we offer the bath.' And play various instruments. At the end of the three sections of 'As the Tathagata was born' etc., recite: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, ॐ सर्व तथागत अभिषेक त समय श्री हुं, oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka ta samaya śrī hūṃ, Om, all Tathagatas, empowerment, vow, auspiciousness, Hum). The attendant wipes the mantras clean with water from the vase and sprinkles the bathing water on the sacred object, whether it is a relic or a vajra. Then, the attendant takes the wiping cloth from the left shoulder and visualizes wiping the image of the sacred object etc. in the mirror, and the master and disciples recite: 'Clothe that body with incomparable garments, and wipe the body with clean and fragrant things.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, recite 'OM HUM TRAM HRIH AH KAYA VISHODHANA SVAHA' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲྃཿཧྲཱིཿཨཱཿཀཱ་ཡ་བི་ཤྭ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ།), visualizing the cleansing of the body. After that, place the Buddha statue or Vajra, etc., on a suitable bathing platform. Divide the bathing water into eight parts and pour it into eight precious vases. Then, invite the new Buddha statues that can be invited, as well as items that will not be damaged by water, to the bathing platform and actually perform the bathing. In order to facilitate the practice of the Lamas, visualize the images of these Buddha statues appearing in the bathing mirror. The attendant squats next to the bathing platform, holding the bathing mirror in his left hand and fragrant oil and bathing water in his right hand, and performs smearing, massaging, and wiping according to the words of the ritual, while bathing, allowing the water from the vases to flow into the bathtub. Wiping the body is also the same as before. After that, the attendant takes fragrant oil mixed with spices and dips it with a brush. The Lamas chant together: 'The body of the Buddhas is originally without defilement, in order to remove the suffering of sentient beings' body and mind, with pure water, fragrant medicine, and wonderful smearing and wiping, may we obtain the supreme body.' Recite 'OM SARVA TATHAGATA KAYA VISHODHANA SVAHA' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཀ་ཡ་བི་ཤྭོ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ།) three times. When reciting for the first time, the attendant visualizes smearing and massaging the Buddha statue in the mirror, and applies fragrant oil mixed with spices to the mirror. When reciting for the second time, visualize smearing and massaging with white mustard powder. When reciting for the third time, visualize wiping the mirror with a bundle of fragrant grass, wiping the gaps of the Buddha statue. Wash the base of the mirror with pure water from Gaduba, and then pick up the perfume bottle. The Lamas strike the bell together and chant: 'This is the supreme auspicious bath, the water of compassion is unparalleled, the nectar of blessing and wisdom, granting all desired achievements.' Recite 'OM SARVA TATHAGATA GANDHA SNANA PUJA MEGHA SAMUDRA SPARANA SAMAYA SHRI HUM' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་གྷནྡྷ་སྣཱ་ན་པུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ།) while offering the bath to the Buddha statue in the mirror. Put down the perfume bottle. All of the above, including the Buddha statue, etc., are wiped clean by reciting the mantra according to the previous ritual. All rituals, etc., are explained with these eight precious vases. However, 'the body of the Buddhas', etc., are not needed. Then, in conjunction with the three mantras of 'KAYA VISHODHANA' (Tibetan: ཀ་ཡ་བི་ཤྭ་དྷ་ན།), smear with three items and wash with pure water. Then pick up the honey bottle and chant: 'Just as when the Buddha was born, the gods bathed him with water, with the pure and wonderful nectar of the gods, I now also bathe the Buddha.' The mantra is the same as before, only... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
