Inviting as I do, merging into each. The Tathāgatas (meaning: 'the one who comes thus') and others pray. Vajrībhava (meaning: 'Vajra-born') and others, and sprinkling the empowerment substances with water from the victory banner vase and kuśa grass, everything from here on is done in the same way, empowering the empowerment substances. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water overflows upwards, adorned with Ratnasambhava (meaning: 'Jewel-born'). The empowerment substance's Ratnasambhava, father and mother, are in equal union, and the empowerment substance arising from the union becomes the head ornament. Pray that all the Tathāgatas grant empowerment for this. All the Buddhas, arising from the place of the three secrets, pay homage to all three realms, bestow the great jewel empowerment. Recite 'Oṃ Vajra Ratna Mukuṭa Abhiṣiñca Mi Vajra Rāgata Vajra Śali Hoḥ' (meaning: 'Oṃ, Vajra, Jewel, Crown, Anoint Me, Vajra, Love, Vajra, Śali, Hoḥ'), and make offerings to the head ornament supports, entrusting them to the attendant. Place (the head ornament) next to the new sacred object. From here on, sprinkle the sacred objects with water from the victory banner vase and kuśa grass, and recite 'Oṃ Vajrībhāva Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ' (meaning: 'Oṃ, Vajra-born, Anoint, Hūṃ'), empowering from the crown of the head with the water from the vase. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, and the remaining water overflows upwards, adorned with Ratnasambhava. This much is enough. Offer with the five offerings such as flowers. The sacred object and empowerment substance Vajra, and the water of the action vase, and Svabhāva (meaning: 'own being'). The sacred object and empowerment substance are unattainable, transforming into emptiness. From emptiness, on a lotus and sun disc, from the Jriṃ (seed syllable) arises a lotus, marked with the Jriṃ, from which light radiates, gathers, and completely transforms, both becoming Amitābha (meaning: 'Infinite Light') Kaya Vajra, with eight faces and sixteen arms, four legs, the right eight hands holding lotuses, the left eight hands holding bells with these as handles, the mother wearing white and red clothes, holding a curved knife and skull cup, uniting with him. Both are adorned with bone ornaments, reciting 'in the eyes' etc., from the seed syllable at the heart light radiates, inviting all the Tathāgatas of the ten directions transforming into the form of Amitābha Kaya Vajra father and mother, merging into each (deity). The Tathāgatas and others pray. Oṃ Vajrībhava and others, empower the empowerment substance. Adorn with Amitābha. The empowerment substance dissolves into light and becomes a Vajra, as before. The Tathāgatas and others pray. The master holds the Vajra, reciting 'The Vajra empowerment of all Buddhas' etc., one verse, and 'Oṃ Mahāvajra Hūṃ' (meaning: 'Oṃ, Great Vajra, Hūṃ'), and making offerings of the Vajra to the sacred objects, entrusting them to the attendant, placing them next to the new sacred object. Sprinkle water from the victory banner vase, reciting Vajrībhava etc. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ོང་
