陈设勇猛三尊(dpa' gsum)的佛像,也安放《宝积经》(mdo sde rin po che'i po ti)。

Arrange the images of the Three Protectors (dpa' gsum), and also place the precious book of the 'Heap of Jewels Sutra' (mdo sde rin po che'i po ti). If there are images of the Four Great Kings (tshangs dbang rgyal po bzhi) and Yakshas (gnod sbyin), please also enshrine them. Seventh, arrange whatever offerings are available. If possible, in front of each image, offer seven butter lamps the size of a chariot wheel spoke, seven five-colored banners, and various offerings from water and flowers to music, the seven precious substances, the eight auspicious symbols, vases, and so on, all prepared properly. Here, arranging the seven precious substances is a special offering, while the eight auspicious symbols are arranged as auspicious signs, not as a symbolic gesture of reciting auspicious verses at the end of the ritual. The vase is necessary for bathing during the empowerment ritual. Eighth, if possible, for the sake of virtuous friends, read as much as possible of this 'Heap of Jewels Sutra' and the 'Perfection of Wisdom Sutra' (shes rab kyi pha rol tu phyin pa), and other profound and extensive sutras. Ninth, if one were to perform all the rituals spoken by Tara (skyabs sgrol), then this ritual of the 'Heap of Jewels Sutra' should be recited for seven days, twenty-one days, thirty-five days, or forty-nine days. Tenth, in this way, having arranged the offerings, the Sangha gathers and sits on comfortable cushions, taking refuge (skyabs su 'gro ba), meditating on the four immeasurables (tshad med bzhi sgom pa), and contemplating the mind of enlightenment (byang chub kyi sems yid la byed pa), all of which accumulate merit. Meditating for a moment in silence on the samadhi (ting nge 'dzin) of emptiness (stong pa nyid), this accumulates wisdom. Similarly, the remaining texts should also be explained in order. Like the garland of pistils in a lotus, emerging from the sunlight of wisdom, distinguished by the light of well-spoken words. First, the blessing is twofold: establishing the distinction of qualities in the mind through the power of truth; and repeatedly invoking the power of truth to ensure its accomplishment. The first aspect, showing the blessing of the place, etc., in order, as the text says: 'The truth of the Three Jewels,' and so on. That is, through the power of truth, this place where offerings are arranged is generally a pure Buddha-field, and especially like the realm of Sukhavati (bde ba can), the ground is the nature of various jewels, which is the distinction of substance. Being as flat as the palm of the hand is the distinction of shape. Having neat corners --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vastness is the distance from east to west and from south to north. Spaciousness is the vastness of the outer perimeter and the wideness of the inner area; these two are the characteristics of vastness. The smoothness of touch, giving the pleasure of softness, is the characteristic of touch. The absence of murky impurities and the clarity of light are the characteristics of color. Having the fragrance of sandalwood and the heart of a snake is the characteristic of a pleasant smell. Spreading various flowers is the characteristic of bedding. The construction of the edge with precious jewel bricks is the characteristic of the edge. Such a world is also adorned with oceans, ponds, and pools. These oceans, ponds, and pools are also constructed with precious jewel bricks around the edges, with gold, silver, and pearl powder spread on the bottom inside, filled with water possessing eight qualities, and covered with blooming and swaying utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,utpala, blue lotus), kumuda (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,kumuda, water lily), and lotuses on the water. Various water birds sing sweetly on them, adorned with joy, floating, and soaring; these are the characteristics of oceans and ponds. Furthermore, that world is well adorned with wish-fulfilling jewel trees, with garlands of divine jewels and pearls hanging on the branches, various jewels hanging on the branches, and adorned with flower heads and fruits, swaying and bending. Golden bells hanging on the branches produce the sound of the six perfections and other sacred Dharmas. These are the characteristics of trees. Having manifested a world with ten such characteristics, now the great immeasurable palace is manifested, which is called 'the great immeasurable palace' and so on. From 'the great immeasurable palace' to 'depending on the arrangement' are the introductory words of the hundred thousand sections of the Bodhisattva's collection. These are also explained in the Compendium of Vehicles through eighteen perfections. The perfection of color is that, due to the arrangement of the seven supreme jewels, great rays of light arise, filling immeasurable worlds extensively. The perfection of shape or arrangement is that, within the great immeasurable palace, there exist endless distinct and diverse places. The perfection of measure is that it is completely unconfined, vast and extensive. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
