If one thinks in this way for the purpose of eliminating obscurations, then it is equivalent to thinking that the Samadhi of Emptiness is useless. Therefore, reciting one time the 'Heart Sutra' is also reasonable. It is also not permissible to make verses in the intervals of the four blessings, because then it would be reasonable to make verses at the end of each of the five invocations. It is also unnecessary to perform ablutions after the invocation, because it is not mentioned, and it becomes an additional fault. It is also unnecessary to offer a torma during the occasions of Vajrapani (ཕྱག་རྡོར་,Vajrapāṇi,वज्रपाणि,Vajrapani,One Who Holds the Vajra) and Yaksha (གནོད་སྦྱིན་). Because the offering of 'to all the noble assemblies' is only connected in all the above and below, but the ritual of offering torma is not mentioned here. Fifth, determining the order of practice of the ritual: 'The four, such as refuge, should be done first, keeping the original words of the text intact, with words that are appropriate to fill in, the ritual will be without fault.' As it is said, those words that should be supplemented, as will appear below, should be done as said by Tsetang Sanglunpa. But I think that if one does according to the text of the ritual itself, the practice of the ritual will be complete, and that is the only reasonable thing to do. In any case, prepare the offerings as stated in the text, or if not available, prepare whatever offerings are available. Bathe, sit on the seat, and take refuge, cultivate the four immeasurables, and generate Bodhicitta. After that, sit in silence for a moment, and meditate on the Samadhi of Emptiness. Then, recite the words of the four blessings three times. Then, kneel down, take flowers, join palms, and recite once the five sections of the invocation words. At this time, it is said to read the verses of invocation, so one can recite the verse 'Becoming the protector of all sentient beings,' or 'The seven Buddhas of the pure land of the East, the guide and protector of the Saha world, Shakyamuni, and all the bodhisattva retinues, please come to this place of invocation and offering,' or if one likes a little more elaboration, one can recite 'Fulfilling the intention of the ocean of aspirations, the guide of the pure land of the East, the teacher Good Name Universally Proclaimed and his retinue, please come to this place of invocation and offering.' Similarly, until the King of Medicine, one should distinguish the types.

Okay. I invite the teacher, Śākya King (Śākya, name of a person, name of a clan, meaning capable, brave), along with his retinue, to come to this place of invitation and offering. Having invited them in this way, contemplate their presence, descending from their respective pure lands through miraculous powers in the sky, and so on. Then, I prostrate to all the Sugatas (Sugata, one of the titles of the Buddha, meaning well-gone, wonderfully departed) of the ten directions and three times, along with their sons (Bodhisattvas)! I offer! I take refuge! After performing the seven-branch offering in this way, recite the verses such as 'Whatever aspirations the Sugatas have made'. Then, if you wish to perform the elaborate ritual, make the seven-branch offering to each of the seven Tathagatas (another title for the Buddha), supplementing each verse during the prostration, as follows: The flower of the name is blooming and pure, the body adorned with excellent marks and bearing beautiful fruit. Whoever sees, hears, or remembers becomes auspicious, I prostrate to the teacher whose name is auspicious! Adorned with precious jewels, the moon, and lotuses, skilled in all that is to be known and with vast wisdom. Possessing speech as deep as the ocean, I prostrate to the King of Speech! Shining like gold from the Jambu River, blazing with glory surpassing a thousand suns. A body like a stainless golden stupa, I prostrate to the stainless golden light! Having attained the supreme bliss of Nirvana (Nirvana, a Buddhist term referring to the state of liberation from the cycle of birth and death), eliminating all the suffering of beings, becoming the protector and glory of the six realms (a Buddhist term referring to the realms of gods, humans, asuras, animals, hungry ghosts, and hell beings), I prostrate to the supreme auspicious one without sorrow! Subduing opponents with the great fame of Dharma, possessing speech as deep as the ocean, eliminating all the suffering of beings, I prostrate to the sound of the ocean of Dharma! With the wisdom of Dharma that is difficult to fathom, delighting in the pure realm of Dharma, directly seeing all that is to be known, I prostrate to the King of Direct Knowledge! The supreme physician who heals the diseases of beings, possessing a body as clear as lapis lazuli, illuminating beings with the light of his body, I prostrate to the King of Physicians! Born into the Śākya clan through skillful means and great compassion, destroying the armies of demons that others cannot defeat, possessing a body as majestic as a golden mountain, I prostrate to the Śākya King! Recite each separately in this way. However, the meaning of the name 'King of Auspiciousness Whose Name is Widely Proclaimed' is that whoever utters his name will be fully bestowed with the auspiciousness of merit. Therefore, the previous praise of the name is not appropriate and should be replaced with... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
