Depending on how much his courage grew, Among the gathering of many learned individuals, he gained fearless courage and seemed worthy of everyone's praise. During the two years of the Dog and Pig, he resided in the monastery itself, diligently engaging in the study of Sutra and Tantra. Therefore, he gained unwavering certainty in all matters that needed to be known. Thus, while residing in the monastery between the Dog and Pig years, due to not receiving any instructions from Ngor Monastery, neither from the abbot nor the khenpo, he felt somewhat disheartened. He considered going to Ngor himself once, but he did not want to go to any monastery, only wanting to borrow a place to stay. On the street, he met the steward from Thartse and said, 'We will stay in one place tonight, and tomorrow morning I will come to pay respects. Please help explain the reason.' The steward reported this to Rinpoche Sangye Sengge, who immediately sent someone to call him up. He slowly went up, hesitating slightly at the door of the room, as if unable to bear it. He went to the door of the room and asked, 'What are you doing looking for a place to stay?' He seemed to say with some reproach, 'Don't come casually.' This master also wanted to come casually, thinking, 'Has Lha mchog seng ge passed away? For two years, not even a single letter of instruction has been received. Is it ingratitude?' He felt very discouraged and spoke in a complaining tone. Rinpoche himself was very calm and seemed very pleased. After that, Rinpoche only received blessings from Konchok Lhundrup, and then stayed in Tharpa rtse in strict retreat for a long time. Since no instructions were received from the monastery, he felt very disappointed. At that time, Dagchen Kunga Tashi of Glingkha had passed away. Due to some special instructions from Sangye Sengge, he said that he had to go to Glingkha and prepared luggage, etc. He went to Konchok Lhundrup to pay respects and quickly expressed his thoughts. He met the venerable one at the door, and after paying respects, the venerable one asked where he was going. He replied, 'I plan to go to Mus, arriving in Jeypor tonight.' The venerable one said, 'Since yesterday, we have also been distracted by a Dharma speaker, and since you are in strict retreat, we have not been able to meet.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

‘I will arrive soon,’ he said and went to the meeting. After a while, he went to Tharpa Tser (place name). Someone called him to immediately go and listen to the Dharma. He went immediately. In the chambers, the master was alone. ‘Yesterday, we both did not have a good opportunity to discuss the Dharma and scriptures. I have been thinking of you, and besides that, there is not the slightest bit of resentment in my heart. You have been very kind to me in this life and the next. The only one I trust and rely on is Jetsun Sangye Rinchen (person's name). Thinking of the master's vows, whether in Dharma or worldly matters, I hope to be of some help to you.’ After saying this, the master felt unwell. At that moment, he felt a tremor as if his body was numb, his hair stood on end, and joy and sorrow were intertwined. From then on, the master also cared for him with great compassion, never leaving him for a moment. And he himself, not just in words, but from the bottom of his heart, admired the master, thinking that the master was Vajradhara Buddha himself. In terms of kindness, this master is also the greatest. Previously, Chögyal Namkha Tshewang Dorje (person's name) said, ‘You have completely obtained the oral transmission of the Lamdre (Path with Result) teachings.’ I replied, ‘I have obtained the twelve times of Lamdre teachings famous in Ü-Tsang, as well as the complete parts of the unique oral transmission of Jetsun Naljor Wangchuk (person's name), thirteen times in total.’ This last transmission was clearly entirely due to the grace of this master. Taking the Bhikshu Vows: Thereafter, when he was thirty-one years old, in the Iron Rat year, the master thought, ‘Entering the teachings of Thubpa (Shakyamuni Buddha, the Able One), but not completing them, is not what I should do. Therefore, I should take pure Bhikshu vows, and have a firm understanding of the key points of prohibition, practice, and conduct, cherishing them like my eyes, this is the most important thing.’ ‘Let's do it this way,’ he thought. On the fourteenth day of August of that year, for this purpose, he specifically invited Khon Sakya's Jampel Yang Ngagi Wangchuk Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo ('Khon sa skya pa 'jam pa'i dbyangs ngag gi dbang phyug grags pa rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po, person's name), as the Khenpo (preceptor), he was a great holder of the Vinaya; Tashi Danpa (Bkras shis brtan pa, person's name) as the Karma Acharya (action teacher); the great holder of the Vinaya, Sonam Tashi (Bsod nams bkra shis, person's name) as the secret teacher; Acharya Kunsangpa (Slob dpon kun bzang pa, person's name) as the timekeeper; and other Bhikshus suitable as supplements, at the Thubten Namgyal Gyalwa (Thub bstan rnam par rgyal ba, person's name) monastery. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
