To tame all beings who need to be tamed, he manifests as Samantabhadra. The teacher is perfectly complete, the manifestation of the Dharmakaya Buddha Amitabha, the place is perfectly complete, the Pure Land of Sukhavati praised by all Buddhas. The time is perfectly complete, the time when compassionate wisdom never ceases. The retinue is perfectly complete, an ocean of gatherings of beings of both Mahayana and Hinayana lineages. The Dharma is perfectly complete, the various vehicles that suit the faculties of those to be tamed. Such a teacher, endowed with the five perfections, Unchanging Light, to tame the stubborn and difficult-to-tame demons and Rakshasas who cannot be tamed by peaceful means, manifests in a wrathful form out of compassion, is the lord of the ten powers, the glorious Hayagriva. The ten powers are the power of knowing what is possible and impossible, the power of knowing the maturation of karma, the power of knowing various aspirations, the power of knowing various realms, the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties, the power of knowing the paths of samsara and nirvana, the power of knowing the four dhyanas, the eight liberations, and the nine successive absorptions, the power of knowing defilements, purification, and non-arising, the power of knowing past lives through recollection, the power of knowing death and rebirth, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of outflows. Thus, blazing with the glory of the ten powers of the Tathagata, having perfected the six paramitas, possessing the ten freedoms, namely, freedom over life, mind, resources, actions, birth, aspirations, wishes, miraculous powers, wisdom, and Dharma. In short, to the wrathful Hayagriva who has perfected all the great qualities of the Buddhas, and who, with strength, ability, and power, subdues all the stubborn and difficult to tame, I prostrate and offer praise. The other verses of praise are easy to understand and do not need explanation. Now, I will explain the order of the three methods of practice. In general, the union of the generation stage and the completion stage is very important. The master Padmasambhava Thegchog Tenpai Gyaltsen, who is skilled in practice, said that for those with superior faculties, if they do not realize that the nature of appearance is the generation stage, and the empty nature of the mind is the originally complete stage, and that appearance and emptiness are inseparable, then they cannot generate the union of the generation and completion stages.

If there is arising, there is no arising, the unborn great primordial clarity. If there is completion, there is no completion, the essence is the nature of reality, primordially empty, vast and pervasive, non-dual, spontaneously accomplished, therefore it is the Great Perfection of Primordial Completion. For those of average intelligence, even if the skill of the above-mentioned Primordial Completion is not perfected, with just a slight understanding of the way things are, in the state of appearance and emptiness like illusion, the clear appearance of appearance and emptiness as an illusion-like deity is merely a manifestation of one's own conceptual thoughts. It arises from the magical display of the mind, and the nature of mind is free from all extremes of arising, ceasing, the three abodes, going and coming, transcending the realm of thought and expression. Having ascertained this, it transforms into the union of generation and completion stages. In such a state, one should diligently engage in recitation. First, the meaning of the words of the outer practice is easy to understand in the beginning. Visualize the three vajras as the essence of the three places of all the deities and retinues in front and oneself, namely the three syllables: white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the crown of the head, red AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) at the throat, and blue HUNG (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart. In particular, on the lotus, moon, and sun, visualize the life-essence seed syllables of each deity in their own color. On top of their respective colors, meditate on the HUNG syllable in the three places. Especially in the heart of the main deity, the wisdom being Hayagriva, the father and mother, on the lotus, then the moon, then the sun disc, on top of the sun disc, the father's heart-essence is the red HUNG syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and the main deity's mother's heart-essence is the red HRIH syllable (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), abiding just barely touching the seat, without change. Finally, the wheel of the root mantra syllables, beginning with the letter "གེ", red in color, relying on a red string of light rays, arranged clockwise facing inward for the father, clockwise for the father and counterclockwise for the string. For the mother, the mantra string is counterclockwise and the string is clockwise, revolving with the sound of the mantra itself. For the retinue as well, visualize the root mantra surrounding the end of their own life-essence seed syllable. From these, five-colored light rays, hot and swift, pervade all of samsara and nirvana. From the tips of the light rays, countless offering goddesses holding offering substances offer pleasing offerings to the deities of the Three Roots, the wrathful deities, the wrathful mothers, and all the objects of refuge. Thus, all the blessings, abilities, and powers of the body, speech, and mind of all these deities transform into three lights of white, red, and blue, and the body's mudras, the speech's syllables,
