Compared to pleasing the three, there is no difference from doing what suits one's own mind. Whatever these are, in the relative, they perform the actions of offering and enjoyment with samadhi like illusion. In the ultimate, the three of action, agent, and object are realized as one in the essence of wisdom inseparable from bliss and emptiness, and the action of wisdom merging into wisdom, like water placed in water, is what perfects the accumulation of merit and wisdom in union. Praise is also like that. In particular, it is not contradictory no matter how the song of praise arises spontaneously from the sphere of the sky, the retinue praises the chief, the chief praises the retinue, and the vajra goddesses praise in conjunction with companions. Other words and meanings of praise are easy to understand, so they are not written. In praise of Garab Dorje: "From the ocean island, he was born as an emanation without a father." The ocean island refers to the palace of Thor-cog-dgu-ldan in the land of Oddiyana (Urgiyan, 8th century) in the west, where King Uparaja and Queen Od-ldan-ma had a daughter named Sudharma, who became a fully ordained nun. While she was practicing asceticism on an island in the ocean, she dreamed that a white crystal man placed a jewel vase on her head. Ten months later, she gave birth to a boy. The mother thought that a child without a father was not good, so she hid him in an ash pit. But she saw many dakinis, gods, and nagas making offerings to him, so she believed that he was an emanation and named him Ro-lang bde-ba and offered confession. She attended to him and raised him, and at the age of seven he gained the reputation of a scholar and overwhelmed all the panditas of mantra and logic. At that time, the king was pleased and Garab Dorje and the scholars named him Palden Sherab Od. Therefore, it is said that way, and it should not be mistaken for a miraculous birth. Praise is not only a type of offering, but also a reminder of pure recollection and stable pride in the generation stage, so after that one should mainly practice the clear appearance of the deity and pride. Holding pride is not just a limited knowledge of thinking "I am that deity", but to realize

It is necessary to make ordinary thoughts disappear naturally by focusing single-pointedly on the three appearances of pure recollection, pride, and clear awareness, which connect the ground and result with the power of drawing certainty from the depths. Moreover, without becoming like a material form such as a plate or a rainbow, one should possess the qualities of the Dharmakaya, such as the ten powers and four fearlessnesses, the qualities of the Rupakaya, such as the marks and signs, and the experience of great wisdom such as bliss and emptiness without conceptualization. One must also train in the wisdom that manifests the perceptions of the senses and the wonders of magical powers, so that one develops an understanding like that of seeing the Buddha manifest. Furthermore, since the main essence of the path is only view and samadhi, from the very beginning one should not make recitation and repetition of rituals the main focus, but rather make the yoga of inseparable depth and clarity the main focus of the session. In any samadhi, represented by the generation stage, it is essential to eliminate faults and highlight the way to bring out clear appearance, so here I will briefly explain this aspect. In this regard, the venerable Nagarjuna said: Excitement, regret, harmful thoughts, dullness and sleep, desire and longing, and doubt, know that these five obscurations are thieves who steal the wealth of virtue. As it is said, if these five obscurations are present, no samadhi can be accomplished, so as an antidote to these five obscurations, for excitement and regret, one should cultivate a sense of renunciation such as impermanence of compounded things and meaninglessness of all actions; for dullness and sleep, one should cultivate the perception of light, the benefits of samadhi, and the recollection of the deity's appearance; for desire, if longing arises, one should cultivate the faults of the object and practice contemplating emptiness; for doubt, one should cultivate remembering the instructions, generating certainty in the path, and generating joy in the result, and through these methods, free oneself from these obscurations and meditate in a state of clear and pure mind. First, one should place one's mind on the form of oneself appearing as the main deity, from the lotus seat at the feet to the crown of the head, and practice shamatha through the nine methods of abiding the mind. The nine methods of abiding the mind are, as stated in the Middle Mother Sutra: To place the mind, to continuously place the mind, to place it again and again, to place it closely, to tame, to pacify.
