From the unplaced palm, lotus stems arise, and upon their petals and stamens, twenty-five pure lands each are stacked, overlapping like interwoven layers, resembling silken brocade tents spread out amongst them, where also reside countless, immeasurable bodies of the Five Buddha Families. From below the lotus posture of the feet, an immeasurable stream of fragrant water flows, and upon it, sixteen by sixteen pure lands are also stacked. Within them are also immeasurable Buddhas of the Five Families, and so on. Furthermore, in the expanse where light radiates from every pore, there are limitless and boundless lands and teachers. Thus, in the Sambhogakaya realm, the teachings, the true speech, and the self-arisen letters of the teachings, together with the sons of all the teachings, abide unchangingly in the nature of time. The activities of the inexhaustible wheel of adornment of the body, speech, and mind of the Sambhogakaya spontaneously manifest as thirty-six aspects. Thus, from the appearance of the Sambhogakaya, the Nirmanakaya manifestly radiates. Just as the reflections of the moon appear in as many water vessels as there are, according to the capacity of those to be tamed, the six realms of beings in the upper, lower, and intermediate directions, each due to their own delusion, engage in various appearances of their own realms and experiences of happiness and suffering. When clinging to the deluded appearances of the mind, the Bodhisattvas from the first to the tenth bhumis, in the pure lands of the ten directions, each manifest the peaceful and wrathful mandalas of the five self-existing Nirmanakaya families, thus accomplishing the benefit of beings. In the realms of the six types of beings, countless Sugatas, the Bhagavat, turn the wheel of Dharma and accomplish the benefit of beings. In this Sahā world, from the realm of dense, self-manifested adornments, two great Nirmanakayas appear, and from them, the supreme blessings of the Nirmanakaya are threefold: the body that appears to be made from one hundred and one precious substances, with a form equal to the lifespan and size of the bodies of the six types of beings, liberates beings by manifesting various miracles; the great letters that spontaneously arise from precious substances, the sole son of the teachings, spontaneously proclaim countless categories of Dharma, thus accomplishing the benefit of beings; and from the cause of one hundred and one precious substances, the self-arisen vajra, from the kapala in the hands of those whose lifespan is whatever it may be, rains down the Dharma and resources that each desires, which spontaneously arise from the body, speech, and mind.

Those three great incarnations radiate light in all ten directions of the six realms, performing the work of liberating beings. These three embodiments of the teachings exist in different periods of the body, speech, and mind teachings. Among them, from the time of immeasurable lifespan to the time of endurance, the teachings are subdued by the body, lasting five hundred five million three thousand years. At that time, the vajra is in the land of Oddiyana, on the continent with the salty taste of the salt sea, radiating light, sound, and countless emanations with miraculous powers. The letters are held by the dakinis in the sky five hundred yojanas above the Vajra Throne. The body dwells together with them. From the age of one thousand to seventy, the teachings are subdued by speech, lasting five hundred five million one thousand years. At that time, the vajra is in the place of Vajrapani in the Rimala Mountains. The letters are held by the dakinis in the sky above the Vajra Throne. The body is not fixed in one place, but wanders around Jambudvipa, becoming a field of offerings for gods and humans. Sometimes, when the teachings are harmed, light emanates from the body, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) from the mouth, and fire from the eyes, thereby averting the harm. From the age of seventy to ten, the teachings are subdued by the mind, lasting five hundred five million one thousand years. At that time, the vajra dwells in the sky of the Vajra Throne. The letters are in the cave of the extremely wrathful sage. The body dwells in the topmost floor of the immeasurable palace of the thirty-three gods, called the Vajrapani Pavilion. These embodiments of the teachings are the places where the teachings of view, practice, and conduct of the Great Perfection of Naturalness exist. As it says in the Tantra: "The seventeen secret certainties and, the pegs of the teachings and the illusory letters, in the first pure land of the incarnation, the teacher Samantabhadra holds them in, the place of dense manifestation. Then in the place of Chandana, the all-knowing Vairocana, holds this and ripens the five families. After that, what I hold, this sacred lifeline of the teachings, a thousand Buddhas and two root Buddhas, will appear here and certainly attain realization." And so on, in each pure land
