After completing the recitation of "Li hana hana hum phat (Tibetan)", visualize the Wrathful Lord dissolving into light and transforming into nectar vase water. Then, the practitioner, entering the attire of a wrathful deity, subdues all unruly and misguided beings with the power of fierce activity, generating the mind of enlightenment to establish them in the state of Heruka. Playing music and reciting mantras, he circumambulates the fire pit three times with a majestic gait. In the center of the fire pit, visualize a red-black Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and Ram (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal meaning: Ram) marked, radiating immeasurable red-black, hot, and coarse rays of light and flames in all ten directions, utterly destroying all demons, obstacles, and spirits, reducing them to ashes so that even their names are no longer mentioned. From this, visualize that all directions, above and below, are completely filled with a protective wheel of sharp, burning weapons, a fence, a net, a tent, and a mountain of wisdom fire. And contemplate: Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). In this palace where the great fire of the eon blazes, Except for the fire god, sages, and yidams, All obstructing demons, obstacles, and beings that cause harm, Do not stay here, return to your respective places! If you do not leave, cling, and remain here, You will be burned like moths in a blazing fire! The fire that destroys hatred is dark blue, The fire that destroys pride is yellow-black, The fire that destroys desire is red-black, The fire that destroys jealousy is green-black, The fire that destroys ignorance is purple-black, May the fire of burning wisdom demarcate the boundaries! Recite: Om Vajra Krodha Haya Greeva Dhakkini Bharahi Agneye Jwala Ram Ram Om Sumbhani, etc. Then, bless the offerings: Sprinkle water from the activity vase and purify the substances for burning. From emptiness, visualize from the syllable Ah (Tibetan) arising a wide and vast Bhanda with willow branches, equal in size to the three thousand worlds, filled with nri-tri, from which arise offerings for burning, originating from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of the slain enemies, demons, harmful beings, and malicious ones. All these offerings and burning substances, whose essence is a great ocean of wisdom nectar, whose forms perfectly embody their respective characteristics, and whose function is to generate uncontaminated joy in the mindstreams of all the deities, visualize as a collection of limitless offering clouds, as vast as the sky.
