抛向敌人之上。 将之化为无缘的灰尘。 现在与敌人真正争斗的， 失败抛向敌人之上。 将之化为无缘的灰尘。 对外敌心中所想的， 憎恨抛向敌人之上。 将之化为无缘的灰尘。 猛烈的朵玛（藏文：གཏོར་ཟོར།）如须弥山， 仅仅抛出就能撼动三有。 怎能不制服憎恨的敌人？ 任何本尊的遣除咒语之后，念诵 བྷྱོ་ཟློག （藏文，梵文天城体：भ्यो、回遮，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo、vyāvartana，汉语字面意思：回遮）。 这样向敌方抛掷，男人们用刀、矛、箭、弹等打击，发出“吉梭”的呼喊，高呼“神获胜”。女人们则挥舞幡旗，发出欢呼，守护教法。 然后，将一块林伽（藏文：ལིང་རོ།）与黑色的压制物一起放入铁器中，在猛烈的勾招之后，盖上四种手印，用蓝红色的彩线交叉捆绑，观想失败的敌人成为先前的敌人。 现在争斗的敌人，外在敌人心中所想的一切的生命力、寿命、意识，以红黄色的“扎”（藏文：ཏྲི།）字形勾招来，象征物作为物质的所依，融入林伽（藏文：ལིང་རོ།）中，身体、语言、意念以弯曲的方式被束缚，并被压制。 先前敌人手中的一切打击，愿其止息（藏文：སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན།）。外在敌人心中所想的一切，愿其止息（藏文：སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན།）。现在与敌人真正争斗的一切，愿其止息（藏文：སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན།）。从太阳的四面八方，以及四维角落，所有憎恨的敌人的身体、语言、意念，愿其止息（藏文：སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན།）。愿其摧毁（藏文：མཱ་ར་ཡ་ནན།）。这样念诵九遍，然后将其丢入门槛下、牲畜圈等任何地方，挖一个深的三棱坑，用骨灰、石块、金刚交杵覆盖，用四种元素封印，跳马舞并敲鼓，完成仪式。 压制是非常重要的，除非是敌人、争端、灾难，否则不能随意进行，其利弊重大。其他的劝请和朵玛（藏文：གཏོར་ཟོར།）抛掷，在正法中没有禁止。 这完全是自发智慧的展现， 并非伪造，也非从他处编纂。 并非愚昧之语与智者相符， 并非愚人之语与贤者相同。 仅仅是这三非之偈， 愿乌玛泽（藏文：དབུ་མཛད།）洛桑（藏文：བློ་བཟང་།）成就您的誓言！ 我不知道咒师的咒语仪轨和朵玛（藏文：མདོས་）供品， 我不知道宰杀羊只、敲鼓和村落咒语， 我不知道用刀刺糌粑、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 啪（藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）。

Throw it upon the enemy. Reduce it to aimless dust. Now, the defeat of truly fighting the enemy, Throw it upon the enemy. Reduce it to aimless dust. For the external enemy, what is thought in the mind, Throw hatred upon the enemy. Reduce it like aimless dust. This fierce Torma like Mount Meru, Just throwing it shakes the three realms. How can it not subdue the hating enemy? At the end of the reversal mantra of whatever Yidam, recite Bhyo Zlog (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्यो、reversal, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyo, vyāvartana, literal Chinese meaning: reversal). Having thrown it towards the enemy, the men strike with knives, spears, arrows, projectiles, etc., shouting "Ki So", and exclaiming "God is victorious". The women wave banners, cheer, and protect the teachings. Then, place a piece of Linga with black suppression substances in an iron container, and after fierce hooking and summoning, seal it with four mudras, and bind it crosswise with blue and red threads, visualizing the defeated enemy as the former enemy. The life force, lifespan, and consciousness of all that the now fighting enemy, the external enemy, thinks in their mind, are summoned in the form of red and yellow "Tri", and the symbolic object, as the material support, dissolves into the Linga, so that body, speech, and mind are bound in a crooked manner and suppressed. May all the strikes of the former enemy's hand be Stambhaya Nan. May all that the external enemy thinks in their mind be Stambhaya Nan. May all that is now truly fought with the enemy be Stambhaya Nan. From the four directions and four corners of the sun, may the body, speech, and mind of all hating enemies be Stambhaya Nan. Maraya Nan. Recite this nine times, and then throw it into a triangular pit dug deep under the threshold, livestock pen, or anywhere else, cover it with ashes, stones, and a crossed vajra, seal it with the four elements, perform a horse dance and beat drums to complete the ritual. Suppression is very important, and should not be done casually unless there is an enemy, dispute, or disaster, as its benefits and harms are great. Other exhortations and Torma throwing are not prohibited in the Dharma. This is entirely a manifestation of spontaneous wisdom, Not fabricated, nor compiled from elsewhere. Not that the words of the ignorant match the wise, Not that the words of the foolish are the same as the learned. Just this verse of the three non-things, May Umadze Lobsang fulfill your vows! I do not know the mantra rituals and Torma offerings of mantra practitioners, I do not know how to slaughter sheep, beat drums, and village mantras, I do not know how to stab tsampa with a knife, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat).

I know nothing other than the five poisons for enemies. I know nothing other than the means of self-liberation from the five poisons. I know nothing other than subduing enemies with compassion. Having composed this notice with six unknowings, may the afflictions and demonic enemies of all beings be pacified. This was spoken spontaneously by the emanation of the sun, a divine lineage, a follower of Orgyen Padma, and the scribe was Rigdzin Ngodrup Gyatso. Mangalam! Mangalam!
